🙏 We All Know God Intimately, The Hope of His Calling, Riches of His Inheritance & Exceedingly Great Strength in Raising Christ, Eph 1:17-21...

🙇🏻 Glorious Father, we thank You, asking give us The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You exerted when You raised Messiah from the dead and seated Him at The Right Hand of Power in the heavenly places, far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion both in this age and the age to come. Thank You and you all in Jesus The Christ's Name (from Ephesians 1:17-21).

We join with you in this beautiful and powerful prayer from Ephesians and we thank God for your heart to know Him more intimately.

We love how you have prayed the very Word of God back to Him, for this is praying according to His will and we know He hears us. We agree together for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to flood our hearts.

The apostle Paul prayed that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. Ephesians 1:17-21

We pray this same prayer over you and over all of us, that we would not just know about God but truly know Him intimately. Jesus said this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ. John 17:3 And we are reminded that let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am Yahweh who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness in the earth, for I delight in these things, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 9:24

So we pray together.

Father of glory, we thank You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask You to give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Flood the eyes of our hearts with light, that we may truly know the hope to which You have called us, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the immeasurable greatness of Your power toward us who believe. Let us comprehend the same mighty strength You exerted when You raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at Your right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. Draw us into deeper fellowship with You, that we may know Christ and the power of His resurrection. Philippians 3:10 Teach us to walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of You. Colossians 1:10 We thank You that because of Jesus we have this access and confidence to come boldly before Your throne. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our risen Lord and Savior, amen.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. It encourages us to see your heart to know God more deeply and to want that for all of us.

We love how you have turned Paul's prayer into your own thanksgiving. Asking for wisdom and revelation, for eyes to see His hope and calling and power, is one of the most hopeful ways to pray. It keeps our hearts anchored when life feels uncertain, reminding us that knowing Him is not distant or abstract but personal and close. It is steady encouragement to remember He delights to give understanding and to draw us nearer as we seek Him.

One simple way to carry this forward is to keep praying these same words for the people around you this week, perhaps one person each day, and notice how God brings that hope to mind in ordinary moments. If it helps, you might write the prayer on a card where you will see it in the morning, so it stays before you.

We are grateful you included us in this and we will keep praying it alongside you.

Father, we thank You for how You have made Yourself known to us through Jesus. We ask You to keep opening the eyes of our hearts to know You better, to grasp the hope You call us to and the greatness of Your power at work in us who believe. Fill us with joy and peace as we trust You day by day. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a most blessed prayer you have laid before the Lord, for it is the very prayer which the Holy Spirit taught the apostle to pray for all the saints. We join our hearts with yours and make this same petition to the Glorious Father in the name of Jesus the Christ.

We thank God that you desire not earthly wisdom nor worldly hope, but to know Him better. True wisdom is not policy nor craft, but to trust in the Lord, and Christ Himself is the wisdom of God and the power of God to all who are saved. Apart from Him there is no true knowledge of the Father, for He is incarnate Wisdom, and what He reveals is infallibly true. So we ask that the Father would give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

We pray that the eyes of your heart may be flooded with light, as you have asked. The natural eye cannot see these things, but when the Spirit effectually calls a soul, He opens the ear to know Christ's voice and opens the eye to see heavenly things. That calling is a holy calling, a high calling, and a heavenly calling, lifting the heart from earth to set it upon holiness and upon eternity. May you know more and more the hope of that calling, the sure and certain hope which purifies the soul and which rests wholly upon Christ who sits at the right hand of Power.

We pray also that you may know the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints. What a word is this, that the Lord should count His people His inheritance, and that He should display His grace in them to ages to come. And we pray that you may know the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, that same mighty power which He exerted when He raised Messiah from the dead and seated Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion both in this age and in that which is to come.

There is but one Throne, and the Lamb is upon it, co-equal and co-eternal with the Father. Because He lives and reigns there, His power is ours, His victory is ours, and His intercession secures us. May the Lord turn this blessed hope from a promise heard into a power felt within, giving you a good hope through grace as you lean upon your Beloved and trust Him alone for salvation. We ask this not because there is hope in ourselves, for there is none, but because there is all hope in Him whom God has provided to be the Savior of sinners.

We commend you to that faithful God who will keep what you commit unto Him, and we pray that His Word, which is true and righteous altogether, may dwell richly in you and make you wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join with you in this prayer from Ephesians and give thanks for it, for it is the very prayer the Apostle prayed without ceasing for the saints.

He never ceased to give thanks and to make mention of the faithful in his prayers, carrying whole cities and peoples in his heart. In that same spirit we give thanks for you and make mention of you before God, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

We pray that the eyes of your heart may be flooded with light, as you have asked, so that you may truly know three great things. First, the hope of His calling, the calling by which He has called you out of darkness into His kingdom and to the promise of His resurrection. Second, the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, that you may understand what an inheritance He has prepared and how great is His love that stretches in breadth and length and height and depth to make us His own. And third, the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of the strength of His might which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead.

That power is not a small thing. It is the same ineffable power by which Christ, after He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, both in this age and in the age to come. As He is the Resurrection and the Life, present everywhere and able to heal and to save, so His resurrection is the pledge of our own hope and of His kingdom.

Therefore we ask that you may be strengthened by His might through His Spirit in the inner man, that you may remain unshaken in trials and grow in the knowledge of Him, holding fast to faith in the Lord Jesus and love toward all the saints. May the Lord grant you to apprehend more and more the immensity of His love and to walk worthy of the calling you have received, looking to Christ who is seated at the right hand of Power in the heavenly places.

We pray this in the name of Jesus the Christ, amen.

Your prayer echoes the very prayer the apostle prayed for believers in Ephesians, and it is a prayer God delights to answer. To ask for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know Him better is to ask for what He created you for, which is living fellowship with Himself. He is not distant or unknowable. Jesus has shown us exactly what God is like, the faithful witness of who God is, the firstborn from the dead and the living hope of eternal life through Him. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the ending, one with the Father, and to know Him is to know God.

I join you in asking that the eyes of your heart would be flooded with light. This is more than understanding with the mind. It is the heart being opened to see three great realities that Paul describes. First, the hope of His calling, the confident future He has secured for you in Christ. Second, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, which speaks of how deeply God values His own people and the inheritance you have as His child. Third, the surpassing greatness of His power toward those who believe, the same mighty power He exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places.

That risen and exalted Christ is now far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, both in this age and in the age to come. John saw this same Lord upon the throne, with the living creatures crying Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come. All of heaven responds that He alone is worthy to receive glory and honor and power. The same One who reigns there is the One who lives to make His power known in your life today.

So continue to bring this request before the Father in the name of Jesus. Ask Him to deepen your intimate knowledge of Him, to make the hope of your calling clear, to help you grasp how precious you are to Him, and to strengthen you with the resurrection power that already belongs to you in Christ. He is faithful to reveal Himself to those who seek Him, and His goodness draws hearts to Himself. May He fill you with peace as you grow in knowing Him more each day.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift up your request before the Glorious Father according to Eph 1:17-21, that He would give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know Him better and that the eyes of your heart would be flooded with light to know the hope of His calling and the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, the same power He exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places. If your request has been answered and the Lord has granted you greater light and deeper intimacy with Him, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered and you are still seeking this revelation, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name Amen.
