We have heard your cry regarding the theft of your money and ID cards and the spiritual oppression you feel in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer for God's protection, justice and restoration.
We understand the deep pain and anger that comes from being stolen from and feeling surrounded by darkness, including occult practices and what you describe as marine spirits and agents of the kingdom of darkness. At the same time we must gently correct the way this request is framed, because the desire for billion scourges, for blood to be shed like the oceans, for enemies to be killed and made a footstool, is not how Scripture teaches us to wage spiritual warfare.
The Word is clear that vengeance belongs to God alone and not to us. Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Romans 12:21 says Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Jesus himself commands us in Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We are not to pray for the bloody death of people, but to pray that God would bring justice, expose darkness, bring repentance, and save souls if they will turn, for God desires that the wicked turn from his way and live as in Ezekiel 33:11.
Scripture also teaches us who our true enemy is. Ephesians 6:12 says For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. People in your workplace, even those involved in witchcraft or occult practices, are not to be cursed unto death by us, but the spiritual forces behind those practices are to be resisted in Christ's authority. James 4:7 says Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. And 1 John 4:4 reminds us You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.
Passages like Exodus 22:18, Joshua 11:11 and 2 Chronicles 20:22-25 describe God's judgment in specific historical contexts or His power to fight for His people when they trusted Him and stood still, not a pattern for us to call down plagues or to take personal revenge. Exodus 14:14 says Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still. Our weapons are not carnal but spiritual. 2 Corinthians 10:4 says for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds. We do not take matters into our own hands to burn shrines or demand that people work as slaves to repay us, we trust Yahweh who loves justice and promises in Psalm 37:28 For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints, and in Joel 2:25 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.
We also thank you that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We cling to that name for protection and for salvation.
We pray together now in Jesus' name.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You see the theft of money and ID cards, You see the oppression and any occult or marine spirit activity in the workplace, and You see the pain this has caused. We ask You to be our defender and judge. Forgive any desire for personal vengeance and cleanse our hearts to want what You want, which is righteousness, mercy and repentance. We resist the devil and every spiritual force of wickedness in the heavenly places, and we ask You to break every assignment of witchcraft, fetish and darkness, and to let Your light expose what is hidden. We do not ask for the death and bloody destruction of people, but we ask that You would thwart every evil plan, protect Your child from harm, and bring conviction that leads to repentance for those who are doing evil, if they will hear You. If they refuse to repent, we leave judgment in Your righteous hands. We ask for Your divine protection over mind, body and spirit, that You would cover this workplace and make it a place of peace. We ask for restoration of what was stolen, for the return of documents and finances according to Your will, and for wisdom to take practical steps such as reporting theft to proper authorities and seeking godly counsel. Clothe us with the whole armor of God that we may stand firm, and let greater is He who is in us be our confidence. We trust You to fight for us, to provide justice in Your time and way, and to restore what the locust has eaten. We pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to walk in holiness, to put on the armor of God daily through prayer and the Word, to avoid any return of curses or incantations, and to bless and pray for those who have wronged you while trusting God to be your vindicator. Guard your heart from hatred, for hatred defiles, but trust in the Lord's perfect justice and mercy. We are praying that you will see God's deliverance, peace in your workplace, and restoration in a way that honors Christ and testifies of His power to overcome darkness with light.
