We hear your cry about feeling under attack in your new neighborhood and in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer for God's protection over you and your family. We understand the distress of facing evil tongues, witchcraft, occult practices, and the fear that comes from feeling surrounded by spiritual opposition, and we bring all of this before the Lord together in Jesus' name.
We must lovingly correct the way this request has been framed. It is not biblical for us to pray for people to be plagued with scourges, for their blood to be shed like an ocean, or for them to be burned to ashes and reduced to dust by our decree. Vengeance belongs to the Lord alone and He alone is the righteous judge over life and death. Romans 12:19 says Vengeance is mine, says the Lord, I will repay, and 1 Samuel 2:6 reminds us The Lord kills and makes alive. We are not given authority to call down death upon others, even those who do evil against us. The Lord Jesus calls us to a different response toward our enemies. Matthew 5:44 says Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, and Luke 6:28 says Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Romans 12:21 also teaches Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
We also want to address the spiritual reality you are facing. Ephesians 6:12 says For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Your battle is not ultimately against the people in your neighborhood or the occultist in your workplace, but against the spiritual forces of darkness working behind them. Therefore we do not pray for the destruction of people, we pray for God to frustrate every evil tongue, to expose and break every work of witchcraft and the occult, to bring conviction and repentance where there is sin, and to surround you with His divine protection. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 shows that witchcraft and sorcery are an abomination to the Lord, and Galatians 5:19-21 lists sorcery and sexual immorality among the works of the flesh, but 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 also shows that such people can be washed, sanctified and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus when they repent. This includes masturbatory immorality with sex toys, homosexuality and transexuality, which the Bible calls contrary to God's design for sexuality. God created marriage to be a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and all sexual activity outside of that marriage covenant is sin that needs repentance and cleansing, not a reason for us to call down curses of death upon people. We pray for deliverance from these marine spirits and demonic influences and for those trapped in them to be set free by Christ, rather than praying for their destruction.
We do pray for God's justice and protection, as seen in Psalm 35:1 and Psalm 94:1, but we leave the execution of that justice to Him. We pray that He will contend with those who contend with you and that He will be your refuge.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and have access to Your throne, as Acts 4:12 and John 14:6 teach. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask You to guard this dear one and their family in their new neighborhood and in their workplace. We ask You to silence every evil tongue and lying lip that rises against them, to frustrate every plan of the enemy, and to make every work of witchcraft, occult power, robbery and scamming of no effect. We do not ask for the blood of people to be shed, but we ask for the blood of Jesus to cover and protect Your child. We ask that every demonic influence, including marine spirits and spirits of sexual perversion, be rebuked and driven out by the power of Jesus, for 1 John 4:4 says Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, and James 4:7 says Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Lord, we pray for those who have declared themselves enemies. Have mercy upon them and bring them to repentance if it is Your will, that they may be saved and turn from darkness to light. Where there is unrepentant wickedness, we entrust judgment to Your righteous hands and ask You to fight for us, for 2 Chronicles 20:15 says The battle is not yours, but God's. Let Your will be done in this neighborhood and workplace. Establish peace, let Your light expose every hidden work of darkness, and let Your child walk in holiness, wisdom and boldness, clothed in the full armor of God. Give them discernment, favor at work, and peace in their home. Keep them from fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear.
We thank You that You hear our prayer and that You are our defender and deliverer. We commit this situation into Your hands and ask You to be glorified in how You answer. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily, to put on the whole armor of God described in Ephesians 6:10-18, to pray and bless even those who oppose you, to stay in the Word, and to fellowship faithfully with other believers who can support you. The Lord will be your protection and your vindication as you trust Him and walk in obedience.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
