Dear God, I humbly ask for your protection, vengeance and guidance all this year ###. I call upon my guardian angel, my protector, to be with me, to watch over me, and to shield me from harm. May your angel guide my steps, illuminate my path, and bring peace to my heart by scattering all foes fighting&that have plotted against me destroying all my belongings and activities. I trust in your divine care and the power of your angels ###. Amen.(Psalms91:11-12, Matthew26:53, Hebrews12:22-23, Daniel9:21, Revelation12:7-11)

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing that spiritual warfare is real and that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). While we understand the desire for protection and justice, we must first address some concerns in this prayer request.

First and foremost, we must emphasize that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we do not pray to or invoke angels. Our prayers are to be directed to God alone, through Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator between God and men (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to focus your prayers on the Lord Jesus Christ, who has all authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18).

We also notice that this prayer seeks vengeance. Beloved, we are called to leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord” (Romans 12:19). Instead of seeking vengeance, we are to bless those who persecute us and not curse them (Romans 12:14). We are to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). Let us trust in the Lord’s justice and timing, knowing that He sees all and will repay.

Now, let us pray together in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your protection and guidance. Lord, we ask that You would be a shield around , a fortress of strength in times of trouble. Protect from all harm, both seen and unseen, and scatter every foe that rises against . We rebuke every spirit of destruction and confusion in the mighty name of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would guide ’s steps and illuminate ’s path with Your truth. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we trust in Your divine care, knowing that You are faithful to watch over Your children. We declare that the angels of the Lord encamp around those who fear Him and deliver them (Psalm 34:7).

We also pray for those who may have plotted against . Lord, we ask that You would soften their hearts and turn their plans to nothing. Let them see the error of their ways and come to repentance, that they may know You and the power of Your love. Help to forgive, as You have forgiven us, and to walk in the freedom that comes from trusting in You.

Father, we ask that You would restore all that has been lost or destroyed. Provide for ’s every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Strengthen ’s faith and fill with Your Holy Spirit, that may stand firm in the day of battle, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Lord, we thank You for Your promises and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that is more than a conqueror through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). May walk in the authority and power of Jesus’ name, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Beloved, remember that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Put on the whole armor of God daily, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Walk in the light of God’s Word, and let His truth guide your steps. The Lord will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), and He has promised to be with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We hear the urgency in your words, that deep sense of being targeted and needing protection for the year ahead. It’s heavy to feel that things are being destroyed and that forces are working against you. We want you to know we’re joining you in carrying this to the only One who truly guards our lives.

You’re not alone in these fears. God sees the hidden schemes, and He cares about every part of your life, your peace of mind, your daily activities, even the things that feel ruined. While we don’t direct our prayers to angels, we can be confident that God commands His resources to guard those who belong to Him. So we lift up your year to Him right now.

Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask for Your strong protection around this person. Shield them from every plot that would harm or steal. Restore what has been destroyed, and bring calm where anxiety has taken root. Guide their decisions and illuminate the path ahead, so they walk in wisdom rather than dread. Where there are real adversaries or confusion, we trust You to scatter that darkness and bring light. Grant them the steady peace of knowing You are their refuge, not a distant hope but a present help. Comfort their heart and remind them they are held secure in Your love. Amen.

We’ll keep praying with you. When the weight feels heavy, you can keep pouring it all out to Him, He welcomes that.

You err in calling upon your guardian angel. To whom, then, will you liken God? He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, but the charge is His to give, not yours to summon. The angelic hosts are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation, yet they hearken unto the voice of His word, not the incantations of men. Grapple the truth to you as with hooks of steel: it is the Lord Himself who is your keeper; the Lord is your shade upon your right hand. Pray rather that your steps be ordered in the way of childlike trust in Providential guidance, that you dare not lean upon your own understanding.

And what is this cry for vengeance? Does it not grate upon the ear, set beside the sweet note of acceptance? The day of vengeance of our God, has it not already fallen? Vengeance with its iron rod bruised the harmless Lamb of God. The day of vengeance took place when our Lord died; then it is over. Legal claims are fully met; Jesus paid the dreadful debt. Will you call down what Christ has already borne? If the dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the low tree be exalted, then leave the high tree of your foes to the husbandman’s axe. Seek no vendetta; bless and curse not. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.

Yet you do well to desire protection, for you will always need Divine and angelic keeping. Go straight to God and spread your case before Him. Plead His promise: “He shall give His angels charge over you.” This is a prayer sure to succeed, for it is based upon the promise of God. But know that the answer may not come as you expect. Jacob limped when the sun rose, yet he received the blessing. Unholiness hinders prayer, and ignorance of the promises breeds failure. Search the texts that bear upon the matter. Get the promise, then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God.

The angelic life on earth begins not with commanding spirits, but with studying devout and Divine things. Let your prayers be made with the Church in one accord, for the prayer meeting is the place for the reception of Divine power. There, walls of stone and gates of brass are laughed to scorn. But discard this carnal desire for retaliation. If your heart bleeds for sin and mourns because of it, then fly to Jesus and trust in Him. When you have trusted in Him, then, and only then, will the last enemy be destroyed, and the foes that plot against you be scattered, not by your cry for vengeance, but by the finished work of the cross and the tender hand of Him who watches over you. The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and give you peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask God for protection, but then you call upon a guardian angel as though you need a mediator beyond Christ Himself. Why do you run to angels? They were once our enemies, and it is only through the reconciling work of Christ that we have any fellowship with them. He alone is the Captain of this warfare, and His armor is not steel but truth, righteousness, faith. The angels are fellow servants, not your protectors apart from Him. He who has the Son has the Father, and the host of heaven are ministering spirits sent for the sake of those who inherit salvation, not at our command, but at His.

You speak of vengeance and scattering foes who plot against your belongings and activities. But consider what war you are truly in: it is not against flesh and blood, but against devils and incorporeal powers. Your enemies are not the people who harm your earthly goods; your real adversary is the devil who tempts you to hatred and to seeking your own revenge. When you pray for vengeance, you take up a warfare that belongs to God alone. He says, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay." Do you not remember the lesson of Ananias and Sapphira? The judgment was terrible, but it came from God through the apostles, not from personal spite. If you harbor bitterness and cry out for harm to others, you are being divided from within, and no external warfare can harm you as much as that internal fracture.

Christ Himself is the one who appears in the presence of God for us. He sat down at the right hand of the Father, and His enemies, all unbelievers, the demons themselves, will be put under His feet in His time. Why the delay? For the sake of those who will yet be brought to faith. So instead of calling down destruction, consider whether you are fighting a good warfare. The good warfare is not against those who have wronged you, but against the sin within you. You become an exact inquisitor of others' motes while the beam in your own eye remains. This kind of warfare brings no pleasure, only punishment.

The good tidings of the Gospel are exactly this: the long war between God and humanity is ended. Sin is put away, the curse blotted out, and paradise opened. Through Christ, you have access to the Father; you do not need an angel to bring you near. Trust then in God’s divine care. Let your prayer be not for vengeance on human enemies, but for the strength to love them, to overcome evil with good, and to let God be the judge. Put on the armor of light, and let the peace of Christ rule in your heart. That is the true scattering of foes, when your own soul is freed from the tyranny of anger and you rest in His justice.

The battles you sense around you are real, but not in the way the world often measures conflict. You’re not wrestling against people or circumstances. The struggle is spiritual, against dark, unseen powers that seek to disrupt your peace, accuse your conscience, and pull your mind away from trust in God. Your prayer recognizes this, and that’s a vital first step.

When you cry out for protection, you’re asking for exactly what God promises. He has given you spiritual weapons that carry divine power: His Word, faith, and above all, prayer. These are not weak or symbolic, they are how strongholds are pulled down. Prayer, especially, is often the decisive factor in the battles you face. As you fill your mind with Scripture and pray in the Spirit, you’re doing the very thing that pushes back the enemy’s foothold in your thoughts. The real war is waged in your mind, for control of your beliefs, your fears, your hopes, and God’s truth is the light that scatters every shadow.

You also asked for vengeance. That’s a heavy, honest plea. Scripture comforts us with this: vengeance belongs to the Lord. It’s His and His alone to repay. When we try to carry it ourselves, rehearsing bitterness or plotting to get even, we step into a weapon that was never meant for our hands. The day of God’s righteous judgment is certain, but it is still future. Jesus did not come the first time to bring vengeance; He came to provide atonement. So we can release the weight of retribution, trusting that the Judge of all the earth will do right. Instead of saying, “I’ll get even,” we learn to pray, “Lord, You handle this. Show Your justice in Your time.” That’s a spiritual weapon in itself, surrender.

Regarding angels: God’s holy angels are ministering spirits, sent to serve those who inherit salvation. Psalm 91, which you quoted, promises that God will command His angels to guard you. That’s real and worth holding onto. But notice where the prayer is directed: to the Lord. He is the one who gives the orders. The angel in Zechariah didn’t rebuke Satan on his own authority; he said, “The Lord rebuke you.” So our trust rests in God, not in angels as independent protectors. You rightfully ask God to let His angels watch over you, and He may well do that. Just keep your heart fixed on the Commander, not only the messengers. Pray to the Father through Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers of darkness by the cross.

As you go through this year, don’t let the enemy’s noise drown out your confidence. You are not in a battle you fight alone. Walk as a child of light, not in the old patterns of fear or vengeance. Arise from any spiritual drowsiness, and Christ will give you life and clarity. Use the weapons you’ve been given: stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and cling to faith. When you do, you’ll find the peace that scatters foes is not a feeling you manufacture, it’s the very presence of God Himself, guarding your heart and mind.
