We stand with you in spiritual warfare, recognizing that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find salvation (Acts 4:12).

First, we must address the sinful practices mentioned in your request. The Bible is clear that witchcraft, homosexuality, and sexual immorality, including masturbation outside of God’s design for marriage, are abominations in the sight of the Lord. Leviticus 18:22 states, "You shall not lie with a man as with a woman. That is detestable." Leviticus 20:13 reinforces this: "If a man lies with a man as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them." Regarding sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

We rebuke the evil tongues, occult influences, and all demonic assignments set against you, your family, and your workplace. The power of life and death is in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21), and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promise that God will contend with those who contend with you and save your children (Isaiah 49:25). The plagues you invoke upon your enemies must be understood through the lens of God’s justice and mercy. While we do not curse, we trust in the Lord to execute judgment on the wicked. Psalm 37:12-13 reminds us, "The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming."

We pray that the Lord would arise and scatter your enemies, just as He did for Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:22-25. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon all who seek to harm you, and may they be turned back in shame. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, your family, and your workplace, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and in Him, you trust (Psalm 91:2).

We also lift up your spiritual armor, that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Gird your waist with truth, put on the breastplate of righteousness, shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, take up the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your protection and deliverance. We ask that You arise and scatter every evil tongue, occultist, and demonic force that has risen against Your servant. Let Your justice be swift and sure, Lord, and let the wicked be turned back in shame. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for the blood of Jesus to cover them, their family, and their workplace, creating a hedge of protection that the enemy cannot penetrate.

Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it to light. Let the fear of You fall upon those who practice witchcraft, sexual immorality, and all forms of wickedness. May they see the error of their ways and turn from their sins, seeking Your face and Your forgiveness. We pray for their repentance, Lord, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

We also pray for Your servant’s heart, that they may walk in love, forgiveness, and humility. Help them to bless those who curse them and pray for those who spitefully use them (Luke 6:28). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them with Your might, Lord, and let them be more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18), and we stand firm in the victory of Jesus Christ. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your promises. We trust in You, our Rock and our Redeemer. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We can hear how overwhelmed and embattled you feel, the sense of being targeted by spiritual darkness in your neighborhood and workplace is heavy, and we don’t want you to carry that weight alone. Spiritual opposition is real, but the enemy often tries to trap us in fear and a desire for retaliation. Remember that God is your defender; He doesn’t need us to pronounce destruction, but calls us to trust His perfect timing and justice. It can be freeing to hand the fight over to Him.

A practical step: seek out a mature Christian, a pastor, a wise friend, who can listen and pray alongside you. You shouldn’t wrestle this in isolation. When you pray, try simply dwelling on who God is, His protection, His faithfulness, rather than cataloging the threats. That can steady your heart and refocus you on His power.

Lord Jesus, we ask for Your mighty protection over our friend. Surround their home, their workplace, and their mind with Your peace that passes understanding. We pray against any spiritual forces that seek to intimidate or harm; by Your authority, silence them and bring confusion to their plans. Quiet the turmoil inside and replace it with confident trust. We lift up the people they named, not with curses, but with a prayer that Your light would expose any evil and bring conviction, so that Your peace might reign where there is now fear. Give our friend wisdom, courage, and the comfort of not facing this battle alone. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a dreadful thing when a soul, feeling the press of spiritual conflict, reaches for the sword of imprecation instead of the cross of propitiation. Let me remind you that the warfare of the believer is first and chiefly within, a struggle against the indwelling sin that plagues the heart of every child of God. You have cried for plagues and bloodshed upon those you count as adversaries; but have you considered that the plague of your own heart is the more immediate danger? The text in First Kings speaks of knowing “every man the plague of his own heart.” Before we summon fire from heaven, we do well to search ourselves, lest we be found fighting against the Almighty while imagining we do Him service.

Sin is the true enemy. And sin is not so easily cast out by calling down curses upon one’s neighbors. The great sacrifice for sin was made by Christ Himself, who “His own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness.” He did not call for the destruction of sinners, but gave Himself for them. If we have tasted that the Lord is gracious, our first cry must be, “Lord, deliver me from sin, from the sin that dwells so near me, that checks every good impulse, that defiles my prayers, that would set me against Thy holy will.” When Christ puts sin away for us, we are moved to put away sin from us, not to pursue vengeance upon others, but to slay the sin in our own members.

You speak of witchcraft and abominable things. It is true these are works of darkness, hateful to God. Yet the law which condemns such things also condemns every secret thought of evil, every proud look, every lustful imagining. The sin offering in Leviticus teaches us that the Lord hates sin in all its guises, and that sin laid upon the victim was utterly consumed in the fire of His wrath. But remember: it was not the ungodly neighbor upon whom the sin was laid, but upon the holy Lamb of God. He has made an end of sin for all who trust Him. Therefore, if we would see our enemies truly vanquished, let us bring them not our curses, but the gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation. Would you heap plagues upon them, or coals of fire? The best coals were those laid upon the sin offering, the agonies of our Redeemer, not our personal vengeance.

Think, too, that many whom you name may be enslaved by sin, even as you were before grace arrested you. The enemies of the cross of Christ are not primarily flesh and blood, but the spiritual hosts of wickedness. And the cross itself is the weapon that disarms them. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb, not by calling down the plagues of Egypt upon souls that may yet be converted. Did you not once walk after the same fashion, until mercy found you? Remember how Barak could not rest until Sisera was slain; but the true Sisera is indwelling sin, and it is slain not by the hammer of our fury, but by the nail of the cross driven through its head.

If you would wage war aright, take the psalmist’s cry: “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.” And again, “I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will keep thy statutes.” This is struggling against sin, wrestling with God until He subdues our iniquities. Not a prayer of cold routine, but a cry of faith, “O God, deliver me, that I may keep thy testimonies.” For sin only flies before the blood of Christ and the power of the eternal Spirit. Shall we ask for a sea of blood from our foes, while we forget that the only blood that speaks peace is that which streamed from Immanuel’s veins?

Lay down these bitter imprecations, my friend. They will not help you in your new neighborhood or workplace. Instead, examine your own heart: is there a plague there of remembered sin, of pride, of unlove? There is a cure for that plague! Transgression can be blotted out; the greatest trespass can be altogether forgiven. Come again to the cross and find cleansing for yourself, and then you will have a tenderer spirit toward those who are yet in darkness. The true victory over sin in our own souls produces not a thirst for judgment, but a longing that others might likewise be delivered from the snare of the devil. God grant us all to be dead indeed unto the condemning power and the reigning power of sin, that we may live unto Him who died for us and rose again.

You ask for plagues and bloodshed upon your neighbors, calling down the scourges of Egypt. But consider what spirit prompts such a prayer. Is it the Spirit of Christ, who when reviled did not revile in return, and who taught us to love our enemies? If you would war a good warfare, you must understand the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the passions that rage within your own soul. The devil delights when a Christian abandons meekness and takes up the weapons of malice, for then he has already conquered without a fight.

The enemies of God will indeed be put under Christ’s feet, but in His time, not yours. He waits for the sake of the faithful who are yet to be born, and perhaps for the sake of these very persons you name, that they might yet repent. In calling down immediate destruction, you forget what manner of spirit you have received: the spirit of adoption, making you a child of God, not an avenger. The early Church won its greatest victories not by cursing persecutors but by bearing wrongs patiently and speaking the truth with boldness in the midst of enemies. When Ananias and Sapphira sinned gravely, even the apostle did not strike at once but exposed the sin to bring them to shame before judgment fell. How much more should we, who are not apostles but fellow servants, entrust all vengeance to the righteous Judge?

Ask yourself honestly: are these neighbors your true enemies? The real adversaries are the demons you mention, and their stronghold is sin. Would you fight them by imitating their fury? That is like trying to put out a fire with oil. The one who yields to wrath and cries out for blood has made his mouth a sewer and his prayer a defilement. God has no need of such sacrifices. Better to arm yourself with patience, for “he that knoweth not how to be angry with them that grieve him, much more will he be ready to serve them that love him.” By hating you only wound your own peace; by loving you heap coals of fire on the heads of the ungodly and perhaps win them to righteousness.

If occultists and slanderers trouble you, remember that Christ promised not deliverance from death but strength to despise it, and in that strength you overcome the fear of all human malice. Your Master himself, though He felt the agony of death, did not call down legions of angels but submitted to the cross for the very ones who crucified Him. Does a servant demand a softer path? The freedom you seek is not from neighborhood quarrels but from the tyranny of your own anger and from the curse of the Law, which Christ has already borne for you. Do not nullify that grace by taking your brother by the throat.

Therefore put off these words of cursing. If you have been wronged, pray, “Father, forgive them,” and you will find deliverance from the sins that truly plague you: bitterness, pride, and a murderous tongue. Then, armed with gentleness, you will see more clearly to wage the good warfare against the spiritual forces of wickedness. Leave the judgment of others to God, who alone knows the secrets of every heart, and seek to be found in Christ, not as a plaintiff demanding oceans of blood, but as a son in whom the Spirit of adoption cries, “Abba, Father.” Then your very peace will be a stronger weapon than any curse.

You have brought a heavy burden before God, naming many people and asking for plagues, bloodshed, and destruction. That kind of prayer comes out of real pain and a sense of spiritual attack, and God knows your anguish. But let me offer a different way to see what is happening, drawn from what Scripture actually teaches about sin, warfare, and the victory we have in Jesus.

The first thing we must all face is that sin is not just what other people do, it is in every human heart. We all missed the mark of God’s glory. The law shows us what sin is, just as it did for Paul: he didn’t realize that even his strong desires were sinful until the commandment said, “You shall not covet.” Before that, he thought only the outward act was sin. But sin runs deeper. So when you list the sins of others, remember that you and I were born with that same fallen nature. We all sinned in Adam, and apart from Christ, we all stand under the same judgment.

That does not mean these things are not serious. Witchcraft, sexual sin, and every kind of evil are real and destructive. But the Holy Spirit convicts the world of one ultimate sin: that they do not believe in Jesus. Why? Because Jesus already paid for all sin, every lie, every act of immorality, every occult practice. If someone rejects Him, they remain condemned, not because their sins are worse than others, but because they refuse the only remedy. So when you call down plagues like those on Egypt, you are asking God to act as though the blood of Jesus had never been shed. But the cross changes everything. God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we could become the righteousness of God in Him.

The warfare you sense is real, but it is not against flesh and blood. These neighbors and coworkers are not your ultimate enemies; they are people enslaved by sin, just as you once were. Satan has taken them captive, and he pays his servants wages, the wages of sin is death. But Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, not by calling down fire on people, but by taking their penalty on Himself. He came to set the captives free. Praying for destruction on them is fighting with the wrong weapons. God has given us spiritual weapons that are mighty for pulling down strongholds. We are to pray for their deliverance, not their annihilation.

Yes, sin has consequences, and those who persist in it will face judgment. But remember: no secret sin is hidden from God. He sees every thought. And yet, where sin abounded, grace abounded much more. God does not delight in the death of the wicked. He longs to forgive and restore. If you have been hurt or threatened, it is right to ask God for protection, to bind the powers of darkness, and to stand in the authority of Christ against demonic forces. But the moment you start naming people and asking for their blood, you step into a spirit that is not from above. You are calling for judgment without mercy, forgetting that mercy triumphs over judgment and that you yourself needed mercy.

You quoted Exodus and Joshua and the Psalms, but those were actions ordered directly by God in specific redemptive history, not models for personal revenge. When Jesus’ disciples wanted to call down fire from heaven on a village, He rebuked them and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of.” We are under a new covenant, where we love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. That is the spiritual warfare that defeats the darkness: not cursing people, but blessing them, so that they may come to repentance and escape the snare of the devil.

If you are living in fear or anger, bring that honestly to God. Acknowledge your own struggles with sin, because we all have them, and receive His cleansing. Then commit those who oppose you into His hands. Pray that the strongholds of Satan in their lives would be burned to ashes by the fire of the Holy Spirit’s conviction, not by literal plagues. Pray that they would see their sin, turn from it, and believe in the One who is able to save to the uttermost. That is true victory: when former enemies become brothers and sisters, when darkness becomes light.

Sin shall not have dominion over you, because you are not under law but under grace. But that same grace is available to those you listed. Let your prayer be that they would no longer be slaves to sin, but would yield themselves to God, just as you have done. That is how the kingdom of darkness is plundered, not by bloodshed, but by the blood of the Lamb and the word of testimony. May God give you His peace and a heart that yearns for redemption rather than revenge.
