We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual warfare you are facing in your neighborhood, among friends, family, and even in your workplace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the world. We rebuke every evil tongue, every curse, and every form of witchcraft, fetish, or dark magic sent against you in the mighty name of Jesus. These things have no power over those who are in Christ, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
First, let us address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for this is the path to salvation (Romans 10:9). Without this, we have no authority to stand against the schemes of the devil. If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we rejoice with you and stand with you in this battle.
The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust. He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:2-4). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17).
We rebuke every evil tongue speaking against you, whether in your neighborhood, among friends, family, or coworkers. The power of life and death is in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21), and we command every lying, slanderous, and deceitful word to be silenced in Jesus' name. Let the words of their mouths and the meditation of their hearts be detestable in Your sight, O Lord (Psalm 19:14). We pray that their words would return void and that they would be exposed for the lies they are.
You mentioned animals and pests being sent against you, rats, cats, dogs, hens, cocks, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and geckos. We recognize these as tools of the enemy to harass and torment. We command every assignment of darkness to be broken and every pest to be removed from your presence. Just as the Lord sent plagues upon Egypt to demonstrate His power and deliver His people, we ask that He would send confusion and destruction upon every work of darkness aimed at you. Let them be like the Egyptians, who pursued Israel only to be swallowed by the sea (Exodus 14:28). Let their blood be shed like an ocean, and let their witchcraft and idolatry be burned to ashes, reduced to dust, never to rise again (Exodus 22:18, Deuteronomy 13:16).
We stand on the promises of God’s Word, declaring that the Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace (Exodus 14:14). Just as He delivered Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah when they were surrounded by enemies, we pray that the Lord would set ambushes against those who rise up against you. Let them be defeated before you, and let their spoils be plundered by the righteous (2 Chronicles 20:22-25). We declare that every sanctuary of darkness, every altar of witchcraft, and every stronghold of the enemy in your life and neighborhood be torn down, just as Joshua destroyed the cities of the Canaanites (Joshua 11:11).
We also address the condition of your heart in this battle. Do not let bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness take root, for these give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). Forgive those who have spoken against you or sent harm your way, just as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). Walk in love, for love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8). The Lord is your avenger, and He will repay (Romans 12:19).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We stand against every scheme of the enemy aimed at [this individual], and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We rebuke every evil tongue, every curse, and every form of witchcraft sent their way. Let their words be silenced, and let their plans be frustrated.
Lord, we ask that You would send Your angels to encamp around [this individual], protecting them from every harm and danger (Psalm 34:7). Just as You sent plagues upon Egypt to deliver Your people, we ask that You would send confusion and destruction upon every work of darkness aimed at them. Let their enemies be scattered, and let their witchcraft be burned to ashes, never to rise again.
Father, we pray for those who have spoken against [this individual] or sent harm their way. Soften their hearts, Lord, and turn them from their wicked ways. Let them see the error of their ways and come to repentance. Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do (Luke 23:34).
We declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no harm shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray for peace in their neighborhood, unity among their friends and family, and favor in their workplace. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your glory be revealed in every situation.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We trust in You, and we know that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen [this individual] in their faith, and let them walk in the fullness of Your promises. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Walk in the authority you have in Christ, and do not be afraid, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will give you the victory.
