We stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, against every form of spiritual warfare and evil that seeks to harm or oppress. We recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We come before You, Father, in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed these principalities and powers, triumphing over them through the cross (Colossians 2:15).
We lift up this request for protection and deliverance from every foe, both seen and unseen, in the neighborhood, workplace, and beyond. We rebuke every evil tongue that speaks lies, slander, or curses against Your child. The Word declares, "Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, him I will destroy. The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart, I will not tolerate" (Psalm 101:5). Let every word spoken in hatred or deceit return void to those who utter them, and let their tongues be silenced by the power of Your truth. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We address the wicked schemes of witchcraft, fetish practices, and any form of dark magic that seeks to harm or control. Your Word is clear: "You shall not allow a sorceress to live" (Exodus 22:18). We stand on the truth that every form of witchcraft is an abomination to You, Lord, and we command it to be utterly destroyed. Let every sanctuary of darkness be burned to ashes, reduced to dust, and scattered by the wind of Your Spirit. Just as You rained fire and brimstone upon Sodom and Gomorrah, we ask that You consume every ungodly altar, charm, or spell with Your holy fire (Genesis 19:24). Let the fear of the Lord fall upon those who practice such things, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek Your face.
We also rebuke the physical manifestations of spiritual attacks—whether rats, insects, or any other creature sent to harass or torment. You are the Creator of all things, and every creature is subject to Your command. Just as You sent the plagues upon Egypt to demonstrate Your power and deliver Your people, we ask that You send Your judgment upon those who use creation as a weapon against Your children. Let their own schemes turn against them, and let them be plagued with the very things they sent to harm others (Exodus 7:14-24; 8-12). We declare that no weapon—spiritual or physical—shall prosper against Your child, for You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
Father, we ask that You arise and scatter Your enemies. Let those who plot evil be put to shame, and let their plans be turned into confusion. Just as You fought for Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah, causing their enemies to destroy one another (2 Chronicles 20:22-25), we ask that You intervene in this situation. Let the blood of Jesus, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel, cover and protect Your child from every curse, hex, or spell (Hebrews 12:24). We declare that the blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin and breaks every chain of darkness (1 John 1:7).
We also address the heart of the one who has submitted this request. While we stand against the works of darkness, we encourage you to examine your own life and ensure there is no unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be giving the enemy a foothold. The Word says, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18). We urge you to walk in repentance, forgiveness, and holiness, for the enemy seeks to devour those who are not standing firm in faith (1 Peter 5:8). Put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17).
We pray that You would surround Your child with Your holy angels, who excel in strength and do Your commandments, hearkening to the voice of Your word (Psalm 103:20). Let Your angels encamp around them, delivering them from every snare and protecting them from every form of harm (Psalm 34:7). We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
Father, we ask that You fill this situation with Your light, driving out every darkness. Let Your glory fill the neighborhood, workplace, and every place where evil has sought to take root. We declare that the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, and no one can stand against Your will (Psalm 24:1). We ask that You turn the hearts of those who oppose Your child, that they may come to know You and be saved. Let Your mercy triumph over judgment, and let Your love break every chain of hatred and division.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One through whom we have access to the Father, and the only Name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and declare that every work of darkness must bow to His authority. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your kingdom come in power and glory. Amen.
