Want to loose weight and feel right

Please Lord I want to lose weight and bloating
and feel right slimmer
I always feel wrong and it is really a bad feeling
I don't understand why I don't feel right
It must be evil or my mental illness which actually comes from evil anyways
and I feel like I'm hungry and I can't get full and like I'm starving like I have not had food in months
like I'm so empty spiritually and where the center/heart is supposed to be
I have never been so hungry in my life
Please God do something!

Yes, your body is starving because you are probably not feeding it "food". I do not know what you are eating but the indications are that it is not healthy foods.  It is not your fault. It is the fault of our food system, coupled with the FDA.  The FDA is manipulated by corporations to enhance corporate profits, not the safety and health of people.

The number one culprit in this deception is the over use  of sugar.  Sugar is more addictive that cocaine. It is in everything. High fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners are poison. Hydrogenated oils, vegetable oils, chemicals in food, GMO's , pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, hormones, soy products, artificial flavorings and colorings are in our food. None of them are created by God.  Mankind has tried to "improve" on God's creation, and God's creation cannot be improved. It is simply mankind trying to become "god". 

Eating "organic" foods, limiting sugar intake to no more than 30 grams each day. Eliminating table salt and using himalayan pink salt instead.  Eating healthy "fats", and protein like avocado, grass fed and grass finished beef,  free range chicken without antibiotics and hormones in their diets, wild caught salmon,  using olive oil and coconut oil for cooking. Dairy products contain GMO products, pesticides, hormones, herbicides, and the animals giving milk are usually sick.

The above is all a "start" to eating healthy and losing weight. Your body needs to learn how to burn fats for energy instead of sugar. The FDA guidelines for a healthy diet is bogus and will not work. 

"mercola.com" is a good place to start. And remember that  things that God created is good.Anything that mankind manufactures, and tries to improve what God has created, is not good.

I know about what ### is talking about

we really try to get grass fed most of the time

but it's hard to get organic because it costs so much

I don't think that is the reason why I don't get full

and I really try not to eat so much sweets...I just eat a little bit here and there because and we don't even have a lot of money to get what we need to eat either

but God has blessed us with the social security money just to afford meals every night
