I hear your gratitude and share in your joy. A clear mind is a gift straight from the Lord, and when the fog lifts, it’s like stepping out of a collapsed house and into fresh air. All those old, buried weights, covered over like the rubble of a fallen dwelling, He is pulling away, layer by layer, so something new can take shape. Every time we let Him tear down what’s broken and root out what needs to go, we make room for Him to build and plant.
That pulling sensation in your arm is something I take seriously. You describe yanking it back, and that’s the picture of resistance. The flesh wants to be drawn one way, but the Spirit empowers you to pull away. Stand firm. The arm of flesh will always disappoint, whether our own physical strength or anyone else’s we might lean on. Trusting in that only leaves us withered. But the one who trusts in the Lord is like a tree planted by water, alive and rooted no matter what surrounds it. Keep drawing your strength from Him, not from how your arm feels day to day. He knows how to sustain you even in the struggle.
What’s happening inside you is what matters most. Like the man breathing out threats before he met Jesus on the road, confusion can blind us until a sudden light breaks through. That clearing in your mind, that’s the Spirit’s work, not just a ritual, not just a new page on a screen. It’s the heart God is after. He has come to be the living water you thirsted for, and as you drink deeply, the inner chaos loses its grip. Old chapters end not so we forget them, but so a new testimony rises. Let that testimony be, “Jesus has made me whole.”
Your gratitude is beautiful. Keep speaking what He has done. Gird up your mind, stay ready for action, and don’t be silent. When we acknowledge our needs and our past, we find healing in His presence. He isn’t finished with you yet, but you already feel great because His power is real. Walk in that.
