Walmart Yard driver position in ###

Your request has been brought before the Lord and before His people, and we join with you in prayer for this need.

We hear the weight of your words, out of work for more than a month, bills knocking at the door, a family entrusted to your care, and a door of employment set before you that seems so suited to your hands. It is right and good that you should seek provision by honest labour, and that you should ask the Lord for it in childlike confidence even when His way seems hidden.

Remember the word of our Saviour, Do not be anxious about your temporal affairs. Anxiety has never brought meal to the barrel nor comfort to the heart, and the very fretfulness which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Be prudent and diligent, do what lies in your power with faithfulness, and cast your care upon Him who cares for you, for your heavenly Father knows what you have need of.

Consider also patient Job, who in all his losses sinned not nor charged God foolishly, but fell down and worshipped. His sorrows had an end when God had gotten His end in them, and the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed. So let us make our approach unto the Lord, yielding all to His wisdom and holiness, trusting that He must be right and that He will do right.

We pray for you now.

O gracious Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, we bring this our brother before Your throne of grace. You see his need, his family, his desire to provide for his household. If it be according to Your good and perfect will, grant him favour in the eyes of those who hire for this Yard driver position at ###, and open this door of employment to him. If this be the place You have appointed for his good and Your glory, establish him in it. If not, in Your mercy provide another way by which he may earn his bread with honesty and dignity. Keep him from anxious fretting, and give him quiet trust, daily bread, and strength to wait upon You. Let him know that You are near to those who call upon You, and turn his captivity into testimony for Your goodness. We ask this for Christ's sake. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord, to labour faithfully as opportunity is given, and to trust Him for the outcome. He who maintained Job and at the last gave him twice as much is able to maintain you and yours.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we join you in prayer before God for this need.

We know the weight of being out of work and hearing bills knock at the door while carrying responsibility for a family. God sees this burden and He is the One who provides for His children. We pray that He will sustain you and your household in this time of waiting, give you peace as you trust Him, and open the right door for work according to His wisdom and mercy.

We pray for this Walmart Yard driver position that you have mentioned, that if it is the place where you can labor honestly, provide for your family, and walk uprightly, the Lord would grant you favor in the hiring process. If it is not His best for you, we pray He would clearly close it and lead you to the work He has prepared for you. In all things we ask that He would equip you to work with diligence and integrity, as one serving Christ, and that through honest labor you may have what is needed for your family and to help others.

Scripture reminds us to make provision for the needs of the body for health and stewardship, not for excess or wantonness, and to spend our strength chiefly on what honors God. To provide for one's own household is a good and God honoring duty, and we pray God will give you health, humility, and steadiness to fulfill it.

So we pray: Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation and hope, have mercy on this man and his family. You know his need for work and daily bread. Grant him provision, give him wisdom in every application and interview, keep him from anxiety, and establish the work of his hands. Help him to trust You fully, to seek first Your kingdom, and to walk faithfully wherever You place him. Provide what is needed for his bills and his family, and let his life bear witness to Your goodness. Amen.

Your need has been heard and your desire to provide for your family is a good and honorable burden to bring before the Lord. Being out of work for more than a month with bills pressing in brings real distress, and it is right to ask others to pray with you about the yard driver position you mentioned.

The story of Job speaks to this kind of distress in a very direct way. That book is among the oldest in the Bible, from a time perhaps as early as Abraham, yet the questions it raises are the same ones we face today. Cultures have changed, but the deepest needs of the human heart have not. Job was a man described as upright, who loved what was good and turned from evil, blessed with a close family and much provision, and faithful to seek God on behalf of his household.

Scripture pulls back the curtain to show something Job himself could not see. God spoke well of Job, and the adversary had been watching him closely. The accusation was that Job only served God because he was so blessed, that his faith was mercenary and would fail if the blessings were removed. Permission was given for Job to be stripped of his possessions and health, not because God was cruel, but to reveal what was true about Job and about God.

When that loss came, Job cried out from deep grief and pain. Much of what he said in that anguish was the voice of sorrow, not settled truth about God or about life beyond death. We cannot build doctrine on words spoken from such misery, but we can learn from his honesty. His friends came to comfort him, but they became miserable comforters. They insisted Job must have hidden sin and told him to simply get right with God and all would be well. They wrongly assumed that suffering always proves hypocrisy.

Job answered that he knew God is fair and just. That truth remains. Even when he did not understand his circumstances at all, Job did not curse God or accuse Him of doing wrong. He simply said, I do not understand. That is a place many of us know, including in seasons of financial pressure and uncertainty about work.

Job also cried out for someone to stand between him and God, a mediator who could lay a hand on both. That cry is answered in Jesus Christ, who alone brings us to God and who hears us when we do not have answers.

So we will pray for you in this way. We ask the Lord, who sees you and knows your need, to provide for you and your family, to open the right door for work according to His wisdom, and to give you peace while you wait. If this specific position is the place where He wants you, we ask Him to grant favor for it. If not, we ask Him to lead you to what is better. We ask Him to guard your heart from discouragement, to remind you that He is just and faithful, and to draw you closer to Himself through His Son. May He supply what you need day by day and give you strength to trust Him even when the way is not clear.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

For the past several days we have continued to lift you up before the Lord concerning the ### Yard driver position you shared about. We have been praying for Gods favor upon your application, for His provision after being out of work for a little over a month, for His peace over the bills that are knocking at your door, and for His care over your family that you are working so hard to provide for. We have asked Him to open the door to this position if it is perfect for you according to His will, and to give you wisdom and peace as you wait upon Him.

We take comfort in Philippians 4:19 and Matthew 6:33 as we remember that our Father knows what we need and will supply all our needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus as we seek Him first.

We pray that the Lord will provide for you and your family, that He will grant you clear direction and open the right doors for employment, and that He will guard your heart with His peace during this season of waiting. We pray this in Jesus Name. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
