I went to the office today to check on my recertification and it's pending. I'm still very anxious. Please pray that God already went ahead of me when it was first submitted and that me and my son don't lose our home and get to stay in our apartment. Please pray that God provides financial stability and sends His angels to help in this holiday season. Please pray that God keeps my child support, my son's disability and my school's financial aid in tack. Please pray that I continue to well in my classes and that God sends destiny helpers to help me and my son.

We hear the anxiety in your heart as you wait for this recertification and we are lifting you and your son up together before the Father in Jesus' name, seeking His will and His peace over your home and your future. We understand how heavy this waiting feels when so much is at stake, your housing, your provision, your schooling, and we want you to know you are not alone in this.

We are reminded that Yahweh himself is the one who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. Deuteronomy 31:8 That is our prayer for you, that even though the paperwork says pending, God already went ahead of you when it was first submitted and is working on your behalf. We pray against the spirit of anxiety and claim the promise that in nothing we are to be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, we let our requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7

We noticed your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to gently and lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to God with our needs and know He hears us. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9 It is in His name we pray and find hope.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear mother and her son to You. Lord, You see the pending recertification and the worry about losing their apartment. We ask that You move on their behalf, that You cause this recertification to be approved swiftly and favorably, and that You keep a roof over their heads. Provide financial stability according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 Keep steady what You have already provided, the child support, the son's disability, and the financial aid for school, and let nothing be taken away that they need. We thank You for Your promise that if we seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things will be added to us. Matthew 6:33 We ask that You give her peace this holiday season, guard her mind, and let her feel Your presence. We pray You put Your angels in charge over them, to guard them in all their ways. Psalm 91:11 Send destiny helpers, godly people who will come alongside to encourage, support, and open doors for them. Give her strength and wisdom to continue to do well in her classes, help her to be diligent and to steward her studies well for Your glory. Lord, remind her daily not to be afraid, for You are with her, You will strengthen her and uphold her with the right hand of Your righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

We encourage you to keep trusting the Lord day by day while you wait, to keep praying with thanksgiving, to keep doing what is in your hands to do with excellence in your classes, and to let God handle what is out of your hands. He is faithful and He has not forgotten you or your son. We are standing with you for God's provision, protection, and peace to fill your home.

We hear how heavy this waiting feels for you, especially with your home and your son's stability on the line. Going to the office and hearing it is still pending would leave anyone anxious, and it makes sense that this is weighing on you through the holidays with so much else you are carrying for school and family.

Waiting when so much matters at once can put both mind and body on edge. That unsettled feeling is a normal response to real pressure, not a failure on your part, and God sees you trying to stay steady for your son while you keep up with classes and responsibilities.

One small step that often helps in a recertification wait is to keep everything in one place while you wait. If you have a receipt or confirmation from when it was first submitted, keep a copy with the date, note the name of anyone you spoke with today and what they said about next steps or timing, and ask what the best way is to check back. It can also help to touch base with your school's financial aid office just to confirm there is nothing else they need from you right now, so you are not left wondering.

We are carrying this with you before the Lord.

Father, we bring this mother and her son to You in Jesus' name. You know the need for this home, for provision, and for peace in this waiting. We ask for Your care over the recertification, over child support, disability support, and financial aid, and for wisdom and strength for her studies. Provide what they need and surround them with trustworthy help in the days ahead. Give her rest and steady her heart as she waits on You. Amen.

Your waiting and anxious watching have been brought before the Lord, and He hears the cry of a parent pleading for a home and provision for her child.

Our Savior says to us, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry and distress, and do not be anxious about your temporal affairs. Be prudent in what you do, yet remember that anxiety itself has never comforted any heart, nor has it ever brought grist to the mill or meal to the barrel. Indeed the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. To tell your trouble to the Lord in prayer is good and needful, but to tell it only to yourself and to turn it over and over in your own mind will bring no good. Cast it upon Him who cares for you.

You feel instability around you, the pending paper, the uncertain provision, the fear of losing your dwelling. Perfect stability has ceased from the world since the fall, and it belongs alone to God. He alone is without variableness or shadow of turning. He is immutable and will not change, all wise so He need not change, perfect so He cannot change. One of the leading ideas in the name of our God as a Rock is abiding endurance, unmoving stability and unconquerable power. What you and your son need is not a more stable circumstance but the stable God Himself, the mighty God of Jacob who is strong and mighty to keep His people.

He is also the God of the inexhaustible barrel. When the widow gave her little meal to the prophet, it was not truly taken from her store, for the Lord gave it back by miracle, the first installment of a provision that did not fail. So the Lord can take your little and multiply it, and cause the barrel to waste not. He went before you when that recertification was first submitted, and He goes before you now in this holiday season.

Let us pray together.

O Father, Rock of our salvation, Thou art our strength and our abiding place. We bring before Thee this mother and her son, their home, their daily bread, their waiting. Lord, Thou knowest the pending recertification. We ask that in Thy mercy Thou wouldst go before them and grant favor, and if it be Thy will, let them remain in their apartment and not lose their home. Keep in Thy providence what Thou hast provided, the child support, the disability provision for this child, and the financial aid for study. Give stability where all else shakes, and let Thy strength be their dwelling.

Provide financial stability according to Thy wisdom, and send helpers, even as Thou didst send angels to minister, and raise up those whom Thou hast appointed to come alongside them for good. Give quietness of heart in place of anxiety, and help this dear one to continue well in her classes, with a clear mind and steady hand, trusting not in the arm of flesh but in Thee whose barrel never fails. Keep them through this season and all the days to come, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
