Waiting Stinks

just trying to understand why would God force me to wait and wait and wait for a simple prayer request to be answered. why is it necessary to wait for years and years and years. i don't want to wait any longer. it is totally ridiculous to wait? do i have to wait til the day i die?

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear soul to You for peace and the wisdom that is found in patience. Grant her the discernment to discover the plan You have for her life. Bless her and protect her from frustration and dispair. In Jesus's Name we pray. AMEN

My friend, waiting is difficult, I live in a foreign country, single, cant work because i have been waiting for my work permit for more than 2 years, a process that ordinarily takes one month! I have cried, said very mean things to God and I so hear what you are saying. My encouragement to you, if you havent found solace in His word, turn to His word. Read it, read it, read it and allow the holy spirit to change your heart. I have found strength in His word, fellowship with other christians anad praying and venting out to Him. He is faithful, I dont know what you are waiting for but God is at work, His hidden hand is at work. Think of Esther, Joseph, Habakuk. Right now you are angry and that is alright, He can take it. I will pray for you today. Ps.I just turned 40 and have been waiting for God to bring along a godly man, that too is waiting God bless and cry cry to Him, He knows and is at work in your life. I read somethign interesting that when faced with difficulties, insteaad of asking 'why me' ask 'what now Lord'. May He clearly speak to you.

You know her situation and why it is so, may you move on her behalf and bless her according to your will.

Father God we lift up to you womobewo, I pray Father you give her the wisdom and understanding she needs on your will in her life. Lord we dont know what it is that is waiting from you to reply, but you know it Father and you have plans for her, Father show her your ways and show her your will. Let her understand Lord God your ways and your righteousness. Give her peace Father, love, and joy in her heart. Let her have that desire to know more of you Lord God. God is good, he does not give you things you simply ask for,but he gives you things that are good for you. you may think you cant live with this problem and you cant live without what you ask, but ask God to open your eyes and give you the wisdom and understanding to see what he is doing. dont give up, it will only get worst, this is your test of faith my freind resist the devil and he will flee from you.if you give up the devil wins.

Father we ask that you hear womobewo's prayer and that you send what is best for her.Sometimes we dont get what we ask for only to be disappointed and then later find out you had something better for us.If this is true for womobewo then please send her guidance and knowledge as to what your plans are for her.There have been many times I have prayed to you Lord and my prayers went unanswered only later down the road of life was I able to look back and say Thank you Lord Jesus for UN answered prayers as well as many answered ones.Heavenly Father we ask that you give womobewo the patience to wait on you Lord and the guidance to pray for what is in her best interest.We thank you Father for the blessings you have planned for womobewo.Amen
