We join you in lifting up your beloved family member before the throne of grace, and we share your burden for her as she is tormented by deceiving voices that teach her false things.
We know from Scripture that our struggle is not merely against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and that the enemy is the father of lies who seeks to deceive and destroy. Jesus said of him, He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own, for he is a liar, and its father John 8:44. These voices that teach her what is false are not from God, for God is truth and cannot lie, and His Spirit always leads into truth. We are told to test the spirits, Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God 1 John 4:1, and to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5. The fact that she believes these false teachings shows how deeply the deception has taken hold, and it grieves our hearts with you.
We also want to gently remind you of the precious truth that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and power over such deception. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If your family member has not yet put her trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we pray that she will come to know Him, for He alone can set her free, as He promised, You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free John 8:32. Even for us who pray, we come boldly only in His name.
We pray together for her now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we ask for Your mercy and deliverance for this dear one who is hearing deceiving voices. We ask that You would silence every lying spirit and every voice that is not from You. We rebuke those deceiving spirits in the name of Jesus and command them to leave her mind and to have no more authority over her. We pray that You would guard her mind with Your perfect peace, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and that You would keep her in perfect peace as her mind is stayed on You Isaiah 26:3. We ask that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word, that she would reject every false teaching and cling to what is true, and that Your Holy Spirit would fill her mind with Your truth, Your love, and Your sound mind. We pray that You would surround her with godly counsel, with believers who will speak Your Word to her in love, and with help that addresses both her spiritual and physical needs. Let her know that You are near, that You are her refuge, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and her thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We also pray for you and your family, that God would give you wisdom, patience, and strength as you love her and point her to Christ, and that you would not grow weary in praying. We claim the promise that if we Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We ask all of this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and deliverer, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to bathe her in prayer and to lovingly bring the truth of Scripture before her, even when she resists it, for the Word of God is our sword against deception Ephesians 6:17. Help her to stay in the Word daily and to memorize truth that directly counters the lies she hears. We also encourage you to seek wise and godly pastoral counsel for her, and where appropriate, to seek help from trusted medical professionals as well, for God can use many means to bring healing to the mind. Keep standing in the gap for her, trusting that God is able to make the lies be silent and to restore her to a sound mind that rests in His truth.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Beloved of All
We have heard your burden concerning your loved one who is troubled by deceiving voices, and we bring her before the throne of grace with you.
There is a power of darkness which spreads itself over the human mind, hiding from the soul what it ought to see, and filling the ear with false teaching. It is a cruel affliction to hear voices that whisper lies and to believe them. Yet we know that deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it.
We pray that the Lord in His grace will say over her, Deliver her from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of such a deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His own Son who bore the penalty of our iniquities. May the Lord command deliverance for her, to save her from the attacks of the enemy, from the confusion of her own thoughts, and from every lying voice that would lead her astray.
There are many voices in this world, but there is one voice from the excellent glory which we are commanded to hear. The Father said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear ye him. We pray that this voice may sound in her heart above every other whisper, that she may be cured of hearing deceiving voices by hearing the voice of the Beloved Himself speaking in the truth of Scripture. May the Spirit of God make the Word of Christ to dwell in her richly, so that falsehood loses its power and the truth makes her free.
We ask the Lord to keep back her soul from the pit and to bring her mind into the light of His truth. May He quiet the tumult within, guard her thoughts, and give her grace to test every voice by the sure testimony of the gospel. And may He sustain you who love her and intercede for her, that you may continue steadfast in prayer, patient in love, and diligent to set before her the Word of God which alone is faithful.
We will pray that she may yet live and declare the works of the Lord, giving thanks for deliverance from this affliction. May the Lord who is gracious and mighty to save do this according to His abundant mercy, for the glory of Christ our only hope.
