We join you in bringing your family and your needs before the Lord. You have spoken honestly about a clear helplessness in your family, especially concerning your mother and your older son, and about your affairs and your rights. God sees what is hidden and what is plain to see, and He hears those who call upon Him in truth.

We pray that the Lord will have mercy upon you all and show His power where human strength is lacking. We ask Him to guard your mother and your older son, to give them health, peace and protection, and to grant you wisdom and steadiness as you seek what is right and just in your affairs. Where there is confusion or pressure regarding your rights, we pray that God will provide justice, provision and a clear way forward according to His will.

Scripture reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and that He is a Father to the fatherless and a defender of those who have no helper. Put your hope fully in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation, and continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word. Trust Him not only to hear your need but to shape your hearts to do what is pleasing to Him.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will sustain your family, supply what you lack, and lead you in His truth and mercy.

In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Your request concerning your family matters and your rights has been heard, and the helplessness you describe in your mother and your older son is brought before the Lord.

There are times when the systems that should give justice do not give it. Scripture speaks of this when it says justice stands far off and truth has fallen in the street and fairness cannot enter. Courts and human processes often fail to provide what is right. That breakdown is painful to experience, especially when it touches a family. Yet God is a God of righteousness and justice, and He desires what is right to prevail. He sees the poor and the needy and those who are without strength, and He takes up their cause. He calls His people to care for those who are oppressed and to stand in the gap for them in prayer.

That is why we look beyond human help. One psalm asks, from where does my help come, and answers that help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. It is not from the hills around us and not from any human power. Another psalm reminds us that help from man is empty, but through God we can act with courage, for it is He who will deal with our enemies. To trust in human strength alone is like trusting in a shadow that has no substance. To place your situation in God's hands is wise, for He is able to keep what is committed to Him.

In that place of helplessness the apostle Paul came to the end of his own efforts. He laid aside every formula for self improvement and cried out not, how can I change myself, but who will deliver me. That honest confession is where real help begins, when we say Lord, I cannot do this, I need You. God meets that honesty. He works often in very natural ways, and the supernatural is woven into the natural, leading us step by step. Whatever guidance we believe we receive we measure by His Word, because God is consistent and what He speaks will always agree with what He has already said in Scripture.

We have prayed for you, for your mother and your older son, and for these questions of rights and needs in your family. We ask the Lord to be your defender, to show His mercy and power, to bring justice where human justice is lacking, and to give you wisdom that is in harmony with His Word. We ask that He would draw each of you closer to salvation through Jesus Christ, for we are brought into the family of God only through Him, and that He would strengthen the bonds of your family according to His grace.

May the Lord keep you and sustain you, and may you know that He has not overlooked your cry.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you and your family before the Lord and we have been praying especially for the helplessness you shared concerning your mother and your older son and for your affairs and your rights where you are seeking justice.

We remember that though your need is great and you feel helpless, nothing is too hard for the Lord. With man this is impossible but with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26. He is a father to the fatherless and a defender of those in need Psalm 68:5 and He hears the cries of those who seek Him. We have asked Him to show His mercy and power in your family and to work on your behalf in these matters according to His perfect will.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice and give thanks with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We pray that the Lord will strengthen and comfort you and your mother and your older son and that He will provide wisdom and help and make His justice and provision known in your situation. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name.
