Irritation, inflammation of throat, larynx. Virus probably. Itchiness. Irritation of stomach and throat. I could not sleep last night. Pray that ### will catch up sleep and no itchiness.

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts as they can cause health problems.

Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
