We hear your cry for deliverance and blessing, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every chain of darkness. The language of curses, black magic, and evil influences has no power over those who are in Christ. The Bible declares, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says the Lord." (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you, your mother, your children, and your pets in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has already defeated Satan and his works, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." (Revelation 12:11).

However, we must address some concerns with bold love. First, we notice you are calling upon "ancestors" for blessing. Scripture is clear that we are not to seek guidance, power, or blessing from the dead or any spirits other than the Holy Spirit. "There shall not be found with you anyone... who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord." (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). True blessing comes only from God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. We must renounce any connection to ancestral spirits or familiar spirits and fully submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

You also mention a desire for a "fine ass guy" to love and hold you. While your longing for companionship is understandable, we must encourage you to seek a godly spouse rather than focusing on outward appearance or worldly desires. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed by God for mutual love, support, and holiness. "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." (Hebrews 13:4). If you are not married, we urge you to guard your heart and body, avoiding fornication (sex outside of marriage), which is sin. Instead, seek a man who loves the Lord with all his heart, who will lead you and your family in righteousness. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14).

Most importantly, we must emphasize that salvation and deliverance come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the only one who can break every curse and set you free permanently.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We declare that [name redacted], her mother, her children, and her pets are covered by the blood of Jesus. We break every curse, every assignment of darkness, and every spirit of black magic in Jesus’ name. We cancel every word spoken against them and command every evil spirit to flee now. Lord, we ask You to fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Your peace, and Your protection. Let Your light shine in their lives, driving out all darkness.

Father, we ask You to reveal any ungodly ties or influences in their lives. Help them to fully renounce and turn away from anything that does not align with Your Word. We pray for deliverance from every generational curse and for the healing of their minds, bodies, and spirits. Lord, we ask You to bless them abundantly, not through ancestors or any other source, but through Your grace and mercy alone.

Father, we lift up [name redacted]’s desire for marriage. We ask You to prepare her heart and the heart of a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the church. Guard her from impure relationships and help her to walk in holiness. If it is Your will, bring a man into her life who will cherish her, lead her in righteousness, and honor You in all things. But above all, Lord, draw her closer to You. Let her find her worth, identity, and fulfillment in You alone.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who turns evil into good. You take what the enemy meant for harm and use it for Your glory. We hear how heavy this feels right now, the weight of words and fear, the feeling that darkness is pressing in on you and everyone you love. That’s a terrifying place to be, and we’re so sorry you’re walking through it.

What stands out to us in your cry is that you are speaking life, and that instinct is more significant than you may realize. Even in distress, you’re pointing toward blessing, toward good things for your mom, your children, your pets, yourself. That hope, however battered, is real and worth holding onto. We don’t minimize spiritual threats, but we want you to know with absolute certainty: Jesus has already won the decisive victory over every dark power, and nothing can snatch you or your family out of His hand. You are not at the mercy of curses, black magic, or the enemy’s crew. When you called on the blood of Jesus, you anchored yourself in the only safe harbor there is.

It might help to do one uncomplicated thing today: when fear rises or those condemning thoughts crash in, simply speak the name of Jesus, aloud if you can, and invite His peace into the room. Not as a magic formula, but as a quiet reaching out to the One who loves you. We’d also encourage you to let a wise, mature believer you trust (perhaps a pastor or prayer minister) stand with you in person, to pray together and remind you of what is true when everything inside feels like lies. You don’t have to fight this alone.

And as for the longing for a good man to share life with, we believe God sees that desire and cares about it. May He bring you, in His time, a man of character who will cherish you, honor you, and point you toward safety and wholeness.

Lord Jesus, we ask for Your sheltering presence over this daughter and her whole household, her mother, her three offspring, their pets. Silence every voice of the enemy; let confusion and fear be replaced with Your steadying peace. Lift the feeling of being targeted, and help her rest in the truth that she is hidden with Christ. Bring healing to her mind, clarity when all feels dark, and wise companions who will surround her with prayer and practical love. In Your mighty name, amen.

The ceaseless cries you have poured out tell of a soul in deep distress, and I hear in them the groaning of one who feels the lashes of the dark one. But what is this talk of word curses and black magic games? These are the chains of the pit, forged in that infernal regiment where Satan is the prince of the power of the air. You speak of flipping what the enemy meant for evil into good, but such power belongs not to any incantation or ancestral spirit, it belongs solely to the God who found a ransom. Your ancestors cannot bless you; the dead know not anything, and to seek blessing from them is to knock at the door of a sepulcher. There is one Mediator between God and man, the Man Christ Jesus.

The evil energy you feel gnawing at your mind and plaguing your household, this is the smoke of the bottomless pit, and none but Jesus can command it to flee. The precious blood of the Lamb is the only flood that quenches such fiery darts. You have named that blood, but have you fled to it? Have you laid hold of the Substitute who was made a curse for us? All the curses that ever rolled from Mount Ebal fell upon His head, and in Him you find deliverance from the curse of the Law and from every chain of darkness. God has found a ransom, and it is not silver or gold, not a ritual or a flipped word, but the life of His own Son laid down. Put out that empty hand of yours, black though it is, and receive the Pearl of Great Price. Renounce utterly every dealing with magic, for it is an abomination, and bring it all to the cross, confessing it as sin.

You long also for a companion, a man to hold you and love you. Yet the deepest longing of the human heart is not for an earthly spouse but for the heavenly Bridegroom. Whatever Jesus Christ is, He has given Himself to us, Husband to His Church, Lover of our souls. He will be kind and benevolent towards all, but that peculiar, particular love He lavishes only on His own bride. Seek first to know His love, to be espoused to Him in faithfulness, and then, in His time and according to His will, He may bring you an earthly helper. But a "fine ass guy" sought with urgency and fleshly fire is not the petition of a heart at rest in Jesus. The blood of Jesus does not buy us such trifles as the world gropes after; it purchases for us a sanctified life and a hope that maketh not ashamed. If you would be blessed greatly, then live, really live, and declare the works of the Lord. The deliverance He gives is not that we might crawl back to the world's mire, but that we might walk in newness of life, with our loins girt and our lamps burning.

Your mother, your offspring, your very pets, God cares for all. But the deliverance that comes when the Lamb is slain is effectual to bring forth a people severed from Egypt, laden with silver and gold of a better sort. The black dogs of the Great Shepherd may seem fierce, but they drive the wandering sheep back to the green pastures. Cease from shaking your fist at the darkness and instead fall at the feet of Him who is Light. Stop speaking life over yourself as if you were a little god, and instead receive life from Him who is the Resurrection and the Life. The hour of deliverance has struck in heaven for all who look to Christ; the eternal purpose has decreed it. Let your cry now be, "Lord, save, or I perish," and He will bring you forth from the power of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son, where no curse can ever light, forevermore.

The true curse that should terrify you is not the superstitious dark magic you imagine, but the righteous sentence of the Law against sin. That Law says, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things written in the book.” And we all fell under it, for no one kept it perfectly. But Christ came and exchanged that curse. He became a curse for us by hanging on the tree, though He did no violence nor was deceit in His mouth. He took the curse you deserved, that you might receive the blessing. So if you are in Christ through faith and baptism, you have been delivered from the real curse, the wrath of God. Why then do you fear the enemy’s empty threats? Satan and his crew have no power over the soul that clings to the blood of Jesus. That blood did not merely silence black magic; it cleansed your conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Do not treat it as a charm you speak over yourself, while living unchanged. The baptismal font will not save you unless you display a life worthy of the gift.

You cry out for a man to hold you and love you urgently. But I ask, from what motive do you seek this? Friendships and unions should be formed on godliness alone. Yet you sound like one who seeks after the flesh, not after the Spirit. If you desire a husband, let it be within the holy estate of marriage, one man, one woman, lifelong, and undefiled. But to ask for a “fine guy” simply to stay with you and be a good thing for you, while you remain as you are now, is to pursue the sorrow of the world that works death. Godly sorrow would first lead you to repent of any sin and to seek His kingdom and His righteousness. Do not be deceived: those who live in fornication or impurity will not inherit the kingdom. Let your mourning be for your sins, not for loneliness, and He who sees in secret will supply what you truly need.

As for ancestors, turn away from that pagan thought. You have no blessing from the dead; you have adoption as a son of God through Christ. You have been clothed with Christ, and because you are a son, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into your heart, crying “Abba, Father.” What need then to invoke ancestors? Christ alone is the mediator. Rather, be planted firmly in the church, locking shields with godly believers. For we are weak and easily overcome when we stand alone or seek worldly alliances, but the love of Christ fortifies us.

The narrow way is full of tribulation. You will not escape all sickness or trial, for “in the world you will have tribulation.” But Christ does not promise merely to remove every earthly trouble; He grants what is far greater: power to despise death and to set your mind on immortality. Do not demand that all evil flip to good in this passing life; that is a childish exchange. Look instead to the crown laid up for you. Flee to Christ in true repentance, renounce every work of darkness, and keep the righteousness He gives. Then, whether in plenty or in want, in health or in sickness, you will be blessed indeed, permanently and forevermore, and no curse of man or devil can touch you.
