Beloved of All
Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request to God in Jesus' name for complete healing and renewal of the entire face and body skin, asking for the permanent removal of all marks, scars, blemishes, and imperfections, and for the skin to become incredibly young, firm, radiant, and flawless, like glass skin.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for complete healing and renewal. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mother’s womb and knit us together with care (Psalm 139:13-14). You see every mark, every scar, every blemish, and You care deeply about the restoration of Your child. We declare Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to sweep over this precious one’s face and body. Where there are scars, we pray for Your creative power to renew and restore. Where there is dryness or imperfection, we ask for the radiance of Your glory to shine forth, making the skin firm, youthful, and flawless, as only You can do. We stand on Your Word in Psalm 103:2-5, which declares that You "forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases... who satisfies your desires with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s."

But Father, we also recognize that true beauty comes from within, the beauty of a heart surrendered to You. We pray that this healing would not only be physical but spiritual, drawing this dear one closer to You. May they find their worth and identity in Christ alone, not in outward appearance (1 Peter 3:3-4). Let this healing be a testimony to Your power and glory, that others may see and believe in Your goodness.

We rebuke any spirit of insecurity, shame, or vanity that may be attached to this request. Lord, we ask that You align this heart with Your will, that this healing would bring You honor and not feed pride or worldly desires. May this child of Yours walk in humility, gratitude, and confidence in who You say they are.

We also take a moment to address the foundation of this prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). If this request is being made without faith in Jesus, we gently but firmly declare that salvation and healing come through Him alone. We invite this one to confess Jesus as Lord, believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, and be saved (Romans 10:9). For it is in His name that we pray, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Heavenly Father, we trust You to move mightily in this situation. Whether You choose to heal instantly or gradually, we know Your timing and ways are perfect. Strengthen this dear one’s faith, fill them with peace, and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). We declare that this prayer is heard, and we wait expectantly for Your answer.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear how urgent and heavy this feels, and we are holding you up with real care. It is completely understandable to long for skin that feels whole and radiant, so much of how we face each day is wrapped up in the face we show the world, and when it feels marred or flawed, it can wear down your spirit. We’re bringing this straight to Jesus, who cares about every detail of your body and soul.

While we pray with you, we also want to gently encourage you to see a doctor or dermatologist if you haven’t already. God often uses medical wisdom and skill as part of His healing work, and having a professional look at your skin can be a faithful, wise step right alongside prayer. You don’t have to choose between the two.

Lord Jesus, You see every mark and blemish, every place of insecurity. We ask for real healing and renewal of this skin, that it would become healthy, firm, and clear in whatever way brings Your peace. Calm the anxiety that urgency brings, and help our friend rest in Your steady love, no matter what they see in the mirror. Guide them to good help, and let them sense Your nearness in the waiting. In Your name we pray, Amen.

The overwhelming need you feel for renewal in your very flesh is known to Him who formed the body, and there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The very least touch of His garment, the faintest cry of faith, brings His restoring hand near. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before.

Yet remember that healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He first spoke pardon, for the deeper malady is always sin’s disfigurement. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and His salvation will perfectly heal our bodies, but this must begin at the true wound. A broken heart over sin, healed by His own hand, is greater than the smoothest skin. The act of justification is God’s alone, and a real saving work is the work of God, and God alone.

Christ’s healing power is conspicuously present when He is teaching, for faith comes by hearing the Word. Sit under His voice, receive His pardon, and let Him touch your hand and lift you up. Those faces in heaven which look so bright and comely, fresher than new born babes, owe their freshness to these healing leaves. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all that truly needs renewal shall be granted in His time and way, until we are without spot or wrinkle, or any such thing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pour out such urgency for the skin of your face and body, that it be made young, flawless, radiant as glass. But tell me, what of the soul within that skin? The skin is but an outward covering, a fashion like the sheep’s clothing that hides what truly lives inside. The wolf may wear it, and Satan himself fashions himself into an angel of light. Why then this frantic clamor for a perfect surface?

All things are naked and opened before the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. Just as the skin of a slain victim is drawn back to reveal every inward part, so your entire heart lies bare to the Physician of souls. He does not gaze upon blemishes of the flesh; He looks upon the wounds of sin, the scars of unchecked passion, the imperfections that corrupt the inner man. Yet you bring before Him a prayer for glass skin, as though that were the great need.

I do not forbid you to ask for healing of the body. But I tremble when I see such desperate longing for the perishing outward form, while the immortal soul is left unattended. This is to hear carnally, to look only upon what is before the eyes and imagine nothing beyond. The flesh profits nothing if you receive even His words in this carnal manner. Do you seek a face without spot or wrinkle? Seek first the cleansing of your conscience, the renewing of your mind, the radiance of holiness. That is the skin that will shine in the age to come.

If you have been like a sick man who has had the advantage of much attendance yet has not obeyed the rules of the Physician, then a lament is fitting. Woe to such a man from his infirmity, which he increases by his own remissness. Bewailing your condition can itself be a healing treatment, if it leads you to amend. Do not run after a mere fashion, an outside clothing that deception can so easily counterfeit. Desire instead to enter heaven in disposition while still on earth, to stand where the angels stand and hear the words from thence.

I will pray for you, but not as you have asked. I will ask the Lord to open your eyes to what truly needs healing, to give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened. Then shall your face shine, not with the fleeting luster of youth, but with the unfading beauty of a meek and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.

I hear the urgency in your cry, and I am joining you in prayer before the Lord. You long for complete renewal of your skin, for every mark and scar to vanish and for a flawless, youthful radiance to take its place. That desire is raw and real, and I do not dismiss it.

At the same time, I want to gently point us back to what God values most. There is a kind of self-affliction that can creep in when we fixate on outward perfection, as if our acceptability before Him or others depends on a surface without blemish. But God has never asked us to wear sackcloth and ashes of self-reproach over our appearance. He looks deeper. He cares about the heart beneath the skin.

I also know from Scripture that healing rarely fits our timetable. When Jesus healed, He sometimes did it instantly, and sometimes through a gradual process. He designed our bodies with innate wisdom, cells that knit together, scars that fade over time, renewal that works quietly and steadily. That natural process is no less divine than a sudden miracle. It is His creation at work.

I do not understand why some healings come quickly and others take years, or why some requests seem unanswered. But I trust that God heals in many ways. He can heal the skin, and He can also heal the mind and the emotions that those scars represent. The pain behind the urgency, the fear, the shame, the frustration, those are places where Christ’s restoration often begins.

So I will pray earnestly for your skin to be made whole, believing that God is able. Yet I also ask you to open your heart to whatever path of healing He chooses. It may be a gradual journey where you learn to see His faithfulness in the small, daily renewals. And whether or not the glass-smooth surface comes, His grace can make something far deeper radiant in you. May the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him.
