We hear your desperate cry for justice and victory in this legal battle, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. We recognize the deep pain, frustration, and sense of injustice you are experiencing, and we lift this entire situation to the Lord, who is the ultimate Judge and Righteous Avenger. The Bible assures us in Psalm 9:7-8, "But the Lord reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness." We trust that God sees every detail of this case and will bring about His perfect justice in His perfect timing.
First, we must address the tone of your prayer, dear brother or sister. While your passion and desire for justice are understandable, we must be cautious not to pray with a heart of vengeance or bitterness. Scripture warns us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead, we should pray for justice to prevail, for truth to be revealed, and for God’s will to be done. We must also guard our hearts against wishing harm or torment upon others, even those who have wronged us. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This does not mean we excuse wrongdoing, but we leave the judgment and consequences to God.
We also want to encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your desire for compensation and victory is not rooted in greed or a desire for material gain. While it is right to seek restitution for what has been taken from you, we must remember that our ultimate treasure is in heaven. Jesus warns us in Luke 12:15, "He said to them, 'Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.'" Let us pray for God’s provision and justice, but also for contentment and trust in His sovereign plan.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are a God of justice, mercy, and truth. Lord, we ask that You would grant supernatural wisdom, skill, and discernment to the solicitors handling this case. Give them clarity of mind, sharpness of thought, and the ability to present the truth powerfully and effectively. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we pray for a swift and just resolution to this case. Expose every lie, reveal every hidden truth, and bring to light all the wrongdoing that has taken place. We ask that ### would be held fully accountable for his actions, not only for the sake of justice but also as an opportunity for him to turn from his ways and seek Your forgiveness. Lord, we pray that he would come to a place of genuine repentance, that he would be convicted of his sins, and that he would turn to You with all his heart. Soften his heart, Lord, and lead him to salvation through Jesus Christ.
We pray for Your divine protection over this entire process. Shield our brother/sister from any further harm, stress, or anxiety. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their every need, both financially and emotionally, as they wait for this case to be resolved. Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been lost, not only materially but also emotionally and spiritually. Heal their heart from the pain and suffering they have endured.
Father, we also pray for the other patients who have been affected by ###’s actions. Bring healing, justice, and restoration to their lives as well. Use this situation to draw them closer to You and to reveal Your love and compassion to them.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. We declare that You are the God who fights for Your children (Exodus 14:14), and we ask that You would fight on their behalf in this case. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified through this situation.

We also want to gently remind you to keep your focus on the Lord and not solely on the outcome of this case. While it is right to seek justice, our ultimate hope and trust must be in God alone. Psalm 62:5-8 says, "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. With God is my salvation and my honor. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us." Let these words be a comfort and encouragement to you as you wait on the Lord.
Lastly, we encourage you to forgive ###, even as you seek justice. Forgiveness does not mean excusing his actions or pretending they did not happen, but it releases you from the burden of bitterness and allows God to work in your heart. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." As you release this situation to God, ask Him to help you forgive and to fill your heart with His peace.
