We hear the deep pain and anger in your heart, and we come before the Lord with you, lifting this situation in the name of Jesus Christ. First, we must address the spirit of vengeance and bitterness that seems to be driving this request. Scripture is clear that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. Romans 12:19 tells us, "Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
While we understand your desire for justice, we must also examine our own hearts. The Bible calls us to forgive, even when it is difficult. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto anger and seeking punishment for others can harm our own spiritual and emotional well-being. Instead, we should pray for God’s justice to prevail and for our hearts to be softened toward forgiveness.
We also want to address your request for financial restoration and physical healing. While it is right to seek justice for wrongdoing, we must trust God’s provision and timing. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Your healing, both physically and financially, should be entrusted to God, who sees your suffering and will provide according to His will.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your justice to prevail. We know that You see the pain and injustice that has been done, and we trust that You will act according to Your perfect will. Father, we ask that You would soften hearts, including the heart of this individual who has caused harm, that they may recognize their wrongdoing and seek repentance. Lord, we also ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one’s face and skin. Restore what has been damaged, and provide the right surgeon to correct what has gone wrong.
Father, we pray for financial restoration, not out of greed, but out of Your provision. You know the needs here, and we trust that You will provide in Your perfect way and timing. Lord, we also ask that You would guard this heart from bitterness and anger. Help them to release the desire for vengeance and to trust in Your justice. Fill them with Your peace and comfort, knowing that You are in control.
We rebuke any spirit of unforgiveness or hatred that may be taking root in this situation. We declare that this heart is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this complaint, and we ask that You would guide their steps. Lord, we also pray for the manager who supports them, give them courage and strength to stand for what is right.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your name be lifted high. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to release this burden to God and trust in His timing. Continue to seek Him in prayer, and allow His peace to guard your heart. If you have not already, consider speaking with a trusted pastor or biblical counselor who can walk alongside you during this difficult time. God sees your pain, and He will not leave you nor forsake you.
