We hear the deep pain and urgency in your heart, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this matter to our Heavenly Father. First, we want to acknowledge the hurt you’ve endured—words and treatment that have wounded you are not of God, for He calls us to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and to treat one another with kindness and respect (Colossians 3:12-14). The Lord sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8), and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
We must address this with both truth and compassion. While your desire for justice and conviction is understandable, we must be careful not to pray with bitterness or a spirit of vengeance, for Scripture tells us, *"Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'"* (Romans 12:19 WEB). Instead, we pray for God’s righteous judgment to prevail, for repentance to come, and for His will to be done in this situation.
We also lift up this individual—though his actions have caused you pain, the Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him of his words and actions, that he would humble himself before God, and that if he is unfit for his profession due to ungodly behavior, the Lord would remove him from that position in His perfect timing and wisdom.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You are just and righteous, and You see all things. We ask that You would convict this man of the way he has spoken and treated Your beloved child. Soften his heart, Lord, and bring him to true repentance. If he is unfit for his role as a surgeon due to ungodly behavior, we ask that You would remove him from that position according to Your will. Protect those who may be under his care, and raise up godly hands to serve in his place if that is Your plan.
Father, we also pray for healing in the heart of the one who has been wounded. Comfort them, Lord, and remind them of Your love and faithfulness. Help them to release any bitterness or desire for vengeance into Your hands, trusting that You will bring justice in Your perfect way. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His authority that we pray. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this situation, trusting that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If this man is a believer, pray that he would be restored in a spirit of gentleness (Galatians 6:1). If he is not, pray that he would come to know Christ as his Savior. Either way, surrender this burden to the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
