The Bible warns us in 1 Peter 3:3-4, *"Don’t let your beauty be just outward... but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in God’s sight very precious."* While it is not wrong to desire healthy hair, we must examine our hearts: is this request rooted in vanity, or is it a matter of stewardship over the body God has given us? If this has become an obsession or a source of anxiety, we gently rebuke that spirit of fixation, for Philippians 4:6 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."*
