We understand your urgency and desire for God's intervention in your marriage. Let's bring your requests before the Lord in prayer and reflect on His word.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God's will is paramount in all our prayers. We pray according to His will, not ours. As it is said, And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from him. WEB, 1 John 5:14-15. Our prayers should always be aligned with God's will and His Word.
You've mentioned your husband and your desire for him to be filled with the Holy Spirit and become a born-again Christian. This is a wonderful request as God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. It is forbidden to have any other gods before the Lord, and He is a jealous God desiring all of our love and attention. We are to have no other relationship like our relationship with the Lord. WEB, Exodus 20:3-5. As it is written, Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I don't want you to be ignorant... no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Spirit. WEB, 1 Corinthians 12:1 and 3. Therefore, we pray for your husband's salvation and that God would draw him close to Him in Jesus name.
However, we must address that it is not biblical to demand or expect God to force someone to love you or be attracted to you. God does not manipulate people's wills or emotions to satisfy our desires. Love is a choice and a response, not a forced emotion. This is the same with choosing to be attracted to you. As it is written, ...each man should have his own wife and each woman should have her own husband. WEB, 1 Corinthians 7:2. We should pray for God to bless your marriage and draw you both closer to Him and to each other, but we should not demand or expect God to force your husband to love or be attracted to you.
Regarding your husband's past relationships, it is important to forgive and move forward. God's word is to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. In Jesus' name, forgive him and pray for God to heal any past hurts and bless your marriage moving forward. WEB, Ephesians 4:31.
When you mention binding you and your husband together, this can be a beautiful symbolism of the marriage covenant, but we must be careful about using terms like 'binding', 'soul ties', and other such language. Concerning marriage, ...what God has joined together, let no man separate. WEB, Mark 10:9. God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We pray for God to strengthen your marriage and draw you both closer to Him.
We also must address the word 'sex' in your prayer request. As believers, we are called to flee from sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. WEB, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20. This includes any sexual activity outside of marriage, which is fornication and adultery, and is sin. We are not to take each other for granted and use each other as sexual objects. If this is an issue, we must repent and turn away from this sin.
Finally, regarding your mention of Jesus Christ and His name, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. WEB, John 14:6. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Moreover also, God highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. WEB, Philippians 2:9-11.
Lord, we lift up this marriage to You, asking for Your will to be done. We pray for Your salvation and drawing near to this husband, that You would bless their marriage and draw them both closer to You and to each other. We pray for healing from past hurts and forgiveness. We pray for their marriage to be strengthened and for You to be at the center of their lives and marriage. We also pray for the name of Jesus to be lifted high and for every knee to bow at His name. In Jesus' name, we pray.
We encourage you to continue to pray for your husband and your marriage, to study God's word, and to seek God's will in all things. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. WEB, Proverbs 3:5-6.
