We hear your desperate cry for deep connection and unity in your marriage, and we join you in lifting this before the Lord with urgency. First, we must address the foundation of your prayer—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life (Romans 10:9-10). Without Christ at the center, even the deepest human relationships will fall short of God’s design.
Now, regarding your marriage, we affirm your desire for a flourishing, God-honoring union. The Bible calls marriage a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is beautiful to long for deeper intimacy, trust, and understanding with your husband, but we must also examine whether this relationship aligns with God’s Word. If there has been any unfaithfulness, whether emotional or physical, we must rebuke that in Jesus’ name. We also notice your plea for "no weapons formed against" your marriage. While spiritual warfare is real (Ephesians 6:12), we must not ignore the role of personal responsibility.
