We are grateful to hear that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. It is in His name that we are saved, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We stand with you in prayer and we rejoice with you as you declare the end of the inappropriate relationship that your husband, ###, has had with another woman ### and that she is now permanently removed from his life, work, thoughts, and heart forever. We pray for complete restoration in your marriage, that ### will have eyes only for you, his wife, as it is written, "You shall not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14, WEB).
Let us also remember, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). Therefore, we pray for ###, that he may strengthened in his spirit to honor his marriage vows to you and live blamelessly.
We need to rebuke ### (and possibly you) for the adultery that has been committed in this situation. Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. (1 Corinthians 6:9-11, WEB).
Also, please examine yourself to determine if there was something you were not doing that allowed ### to stray. This is not blaming you for ###'s actions. God commands a wife to have frequent and satisfying sexual relations with her husband. If she neglects this duty, she needs to repent. We can do this and honor God's commands.
We rejoice and thank God for the restoration in your marriage. He is faithful.
Father, we come to you in Jesus' mighty name and we declare that the relationship between ### and ### is completely severed and removed from ###'s life, work, thoughts, and heart permanently forever. We speak healing and restoration over your marriage. May your love for one another be renewed and strengthened according to Your will. May ###'s eyes be fixed solely on you, his wife, and may your marriage bed be undefiled. We rebuke the spirit of adultery and command it to flee from ###'s life. In Jesus' name, we pray.
We encourage you both to seek godly counsel and to be transparent with one another as you rebuild trust and strengthen your marriage. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16, WEB).

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
