We are so glad you included Jesus in your request. It is so important to remember it is only through Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. As it is said in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

You have a lot of worry and fear and specific instructions for God. We need to remember that God's ways are not our ways. As it is said in Isaiah 55:8 WEB For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh.

We are commanded not to worry in Matthew 6:34 WEB Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.

We need to trust God with the results of your surgery. He may not do things exactly as you have outlined, but He will do what is best for you. When we trust Him, He promises to work all things for our good in Romans 8:28 WEB. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We will pray for your surgery, your surgeon, and your recovery. We pray for God's will to be done and for you to trust Him through this difficult time. We pray for the peace of God to settle your heart and calm your fears as it is said in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
