We understand your urgent request and we stand with you in prayer to God our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded that God's will for husbands is to love their wives just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25 WEB. A man is to be joined to his wife and the two will become one flesh Ephesians 5:31 WEB.
First, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by his name that we can approach God the Father John 14:6 WEB. For there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB.
We pray that God will grant you supernatural favor with your husband in every way and from this day forward. May God work in your husband's heart and draw him closer to you and to their family. We pray that God will help your husband to prioritize his family and his marriage above his work. We rebuke the spirit of workaholism that may be hindering your husband from fulfilling his God-given roles.
We also want to gently remind you that comparing your husband with other women or persons is not beneficial and it is a sin. The Bible tells us to not compare ourselves with others 2 Corinthians 10:12 WEB and Galatians 6:4 WEB. Let us focus on our own life and family, and trust God to work in our circumstances. Instead of comparing, let us pray for God's blessing and favor upon your husband and your marriage.
May God give you the wisdom and the grace to support your husband and to help him find the balance between work and family. Remember 1 Peter 3:1 WEB which reminds wives that some husbands may be won to God without a word, being seen in the conduct of their wives with their pure behavior coupled with fear. Pray for your husband and be the godly wife that God has called you to be.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
