We understand your urgent desire for healing and restoration, and we join you in prayer, standing on the promises of God. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
First, we want to commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. This is so important because, as the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can receive His blessings.
Now, let us address your requests. We pray that God will touch your body and heal you from all the ailments you mentioned. We claim the promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." We ask God to manifest this healing in your scalp, hair, eyes, skin, and respiratory system, and we declare that these issues will never return.
Regarding your prayer for a spouse and the end of loneliness, we pray that God will prepare you and bring you a godly husband or wife, according to His will. We remind you of Genesis 2:24 (WEB), "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." Marriage is a sacred union designed by God, and we pray that He will guide you into a union that honors Him.
We also pray for God's provision in your life, that He will bless you abundantly and deliver you from all lack and poverty. We stand on the promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we must remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 (WEB)). Sometimes, His timing and methods may not align with our expectations, but we trust that He is working everything together for our good (Romans 8:28 (WEB)).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body, from the scalp to the soles of their feet. Heal every infirmity, every disease, and every blemish. We declare that asthma, skin problems, and all physical afflictions are healed in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also pray for the end of loneliness in their life. Prepare them for a godly marriage, and in Your perfect timing, bring them a spouse that loves and honors You. We declare that every obstacle, delay, and criticism is overcome by the power of Jesus Christ.
We also ask for Your abundant provision in their life. Deliver them from all lack and poverty, and bless them with every spiritual and material blessing in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask for all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. We declare that every petition is answered and every miracle is performed, according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
