We pray that God will guide you to eat healthily and exercise regularly, not just for physical transformation but for overall health. Remember, God wants us to be temperate in all things, including our eating habits, as noted in 1 Corinthians 9:27, "But I buffet my body and bring it into bondage, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected."

Regarding healing, we believe in the power of Jesus' name. As stated in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We pray for your healing, in Jesus' name:

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer. We ask that You heal their scalp, removing all itchiness permanently. We pray for their hair to be restored, no more thinning or bald spots. We ask for healing from dry and watering eyes, and that all scars, lines, wrinkles, dark circles, hollows, weak spots, marks, and pigmentation marks under the eyes be removed permanently.

We pray for healing from asthma, every symptom permanently removed. We ask for pulling hairs to stop permanently. We ask for overall healing and restoration, that the body, mind, and spirit may be whole and well, able to serve and glorify God. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's will. Keep in mind Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
