Beloved of All
Lord please please arrest convict punish expose expel sack ### for the very bad way he treated me many many other patients now no delay shame him bring him to hus absolutely knees now no delay ij jesus christ namess in jesus namess

We hear your cry and we join with you in prayer, for we know the pain of being mistreated when you were vulnerable and in need of care, and we understand your desire for justice not only for yourself but for many other patients as well. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and He is a God of perfect justice and mercy.

We want to gently bring your request before the Lord in a way that aligns with His Word. Our hearts can rightly long for justice, for He says in Micah 6:8 that He requires us to do justly and to love mercy, and in Psalm 9:7-8 that He will judge the world in righteousness. Yet Scripture also teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord and not to us. In Romans 12:19 it says, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And in Matthew 5:44 Jesus says, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. In Ephesians 4:31-32 we are told, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing or that we should not pray for truth to be revealed. We can and should pray for righteousness to be exposed and for those in authority to act justly, as in Romans 13:4 the governing authorities are described as a servant of God for justice. But we are called to pray not primarily for shaming or for a person to be brought low out of revenge, but for conviction that leads to repentance, for accountability that protects others, and for God's will to be done in His perfect timing rather than demanding no delay. The Lord desires repentance more than destruction, as 2 Peter 3:9 tells us that He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

We also thank you for calling on the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 reminds us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this deep hurt to You. You know how this person was treated and how many others have suffered, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You bring truth into the light, for Luke 8:17 says nothing is hidden that will not be revealed. If this man has acted wrongly, we pray You would convict his heart, bring him to true repentance, and cause him to turn from any harmful ways. We pray that You would protect patients and that those in rightful authority would see clearly and act with wisdom, fairness and justice to prevent further harm. We pray that You would not allow bitterness to take root in this heart that was wounded, but that You would heal the pain, take away anger and give Your peace that surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:7. Help us to release vengeance to You and to trust Your perfect justice and timing, knowing that You will judge righteously. We pray for this doctor as well, that if he is in sin or pride, You would humble him and lead him to salvation and to a changed life, for You desire mercy and truth. Bring comfort, restoration and assurance to the one who was hurt, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord for healing and to release this burden to Him daily, for Psalm 37:5-6 says, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. We also encourage you, if you have not already, to seek godly counsel and to report any true medical misconduct through the proper and lawful channels that God has put in place for protection, such as a patient advocate, hospital administration or medical board, so that justice can be pursued in an orderly and truthful way. We will continue to pray that the Lord brings truth, accountability, repentance where needed, and deep healing and peace to you and to all who have been affected.

We were so sorry to read what you have been carrying. Being treated badly by someone in a position of care, and believing others have been hurt too, can leave you feeling angry, exposed and exhausted. Wanting it to be stopped and made right quickly makes sense when the hurt is still so fresh.

We want you to know we are praying for you, not just for the situation to be addressed, but for you to be cared for in the middle of it. You deserve to be treated with dignity, to be heard, and to have space to heal at your own pace.

When you are ready, it can help to not carry this alone. If you have a safe, trusted person, a pastor, counselor, or a patient advocate or support person you trust, consider letting them listen and help you think through what you have experienced and what options you may want to take for reporting or support. You do not need to decide everything tonight, just taking one steady next step with someone beside you can lighten the load.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. We ask You to surround them with Your peace and protection, to bring healing to the hurt they have carried, to give wisdom and clarity for each next step, and to ensure what is true is brought into the light in Your way and timing. Keep them safe and remind them they are seen and loved. Amen.

Your cry of pain has been heard, and we do not take lightly the hurt you have suffered at the hands of one who should have cared for you with gentleness. The Lord sees how you have been treated, and He knows also the sorrow of others who may have suffered in like manner. He is a God who both sees injustice and searches the heart.

Yet in your anguish you have asked us to join you in praying for shame and punishment and personal vengeance upon this man. We cannot in good conscience pray in that way, for the Word of God teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. Our calling is not to ask God to humiliate another, but to seek His justice with a heart that desires mercy and His healing for our own souls.

There is a bitterness that naturally rises when we have been wronged, but that bitterness, if cherished, will eat away at your own peace. One effect of truly feeling our own need of Christ and His forgiveness is that it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. We who have been forgiven so great a debt by God for Christ's sake are called to forgive as we have been forgiven. This does not mean that what was done to you did not matter, or that right and lawful means of accountability should not be pursued where there has been wrongdoing. If there has been serious mistreatment, it is right to seek help through proper and orderly channels, with honesty and with witnesses. But even as you seek what is right, the Lord would have your heart kept tender, not hardened by a desire for revenge.

Scripture says, There is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared. That forgiveness is found with God through Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and who supplies the penalty in love. He not only forgives at the first, but continues to forgive, and His forgiveness is complete and eternal. When we come to Him in repentance and faith, the record of our debt is nailed to the Cross. And because we have received such full forgiveness, we are to extend forgiveness to others, not because the offense was small, but because Christ is great and His healing leaves are for the healing of our souls. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue to change the life and make the nature new.

So let us pray together in a way that honors Christ and seeks your good:

Our Father, we bring before You this wounded heart that feels so deeply hurt and unheard. Lord, You know all that has happened, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask first for Your healing and pardon to come together in this life, that You would heal the hurt, calm the spirit, and lift the burden of bitterness. Grant forgiveness where it is needed, and teach this dear one to forgive even as You for Christ's sake have forgiven us. We pray for the one who caused this pain, that if there has been wrongdoing, You would bring conviction that leads to repentance and to a true change of heart and conduct, and that You would restrain any further harm to others. We commit all questions of justice to Your wise and righteous hands, and we ask for wisdom for those in proper authority to act rightly. Above all, let Your peace guard this heart, and let Christ be sweet and near. In the name of Jesus our only Savior we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to keep looking to Christ, to pour out your heart honestly before Him, to seek godly counsel and support in your local church, and to let His forgiveness and healing have their full work in you.
