We hear the deep pain and anger in your heart, and we come before the Lord with you, seeking His justice, mercy, and healing. First, we must address the spirit of this prayer, not with condemnation, but with truth. The Bible warns us in Romans 12:19, "Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" While your desire for justice is understandable, we must surrender our bitterness, anger, and desire for personal vengeance to God. He sees all, knows all, and will judge righteously in His perfect timing.

We also lift up the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true healing, peace, and restoration to your soul.

Now, let us pray together in alignment with God’s will:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the pain, the injustice, and the hurt that has been caused, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray for justice to be served according to Your perfect will, not out of a spirit of vengeance, but out of a desire for Your righteousness to prevail. Father, we ask that You would humble this individual, break any pride or arrogance in their heart, and bring them to a place of repentance. If there is any unconfessed sin in their life, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, and lead them to turn away from their wrongdoing.

Lord, we also pray for Your supernatural healing and restoration in the life of the one who has been hurt. Mend the broken places, bring peace to the turmoil, and replace the pain with Your comfort. We ask for victory, not as the world defines it, but as You do, victory in Your peace, Your strength, and Your purpose. Restore what has been lost, and let Your light shine in the darkness.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of hatred, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be taking root in this situation. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, even when it is difficult. Soften our hearts to extend grace, even as we trust You to bring justice. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and we stand on Your promise that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we ask for supernatural intervention in this matter. Expose any corruption, bring truth to light, and let Your justice roll down like waters. We trust You to handle this situation in a way that brings glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to release this burden to God and trust Him to fight on your behalf. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, immerse yourself in His Word, and surround yourself with godly counsel. If this individual has caused harm in a professional capacity, we also encourage you to seek appropriate legal or administrative recourse through the proper channels, trusting that God can use even earthly systems to bring about His justice.

Finally, guard your heart against bitterness, for Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, focus on the healing and restoration that God desires to bring into your life. You are not alone in this, we stand with you in prayer, and God is with you every step of the way.

We hear how much pain is in these words, the ache of being deeply hurt and the longing for someone to finally be held accountable. When someone has caused that kind of suffering, wanting justice is completely understandable. The cry for God to act is raw and real.

What we've seen, though, is that when anger stays this hot for too long, it actually keeps us tied to the very person who hurt us. One approach that helps is separating two things: the very legitimate need for consequences, and the weight of carrying bitterness ourselves. The anger has done its job by alerting you something was terribly wrong. But letting that anger take up permanent residence can start doing more damage to you than to the person you're angry at, robbing your peace, clouding your days, keeping the wound fresh.

We're not saying to pretend it didn't happen or to rush into anything that feels fake. Forgiveness starts as a decision, not to excuse what they did, but to hand the heavy work of final justice over to God and stop letting their actions dictate your emotional life. That's where real victory lies, not just in watching them fall, but in finding you're finally free from the grip of what they did. It releases you.

Right now, the most urgent need might be for you to find some steady ground again. That could start with a simple, honest prayer each time the rage surges: "God, I can't carry this today. I give it to You." And if you have a trusted friend or pastor who can just listen without trying to quickly fix it, that can help untangle some of the heaviness.

Lord Jesus, You see the deep hurt and all the wrong that's been done. We ask for a shield of peace around Your wounded child. Take what feels unbearable and carry it for them. Bring genuine, life-giving restoration, not by our own striving for payback, but by Your mighty hand. Lift the weight off their shoulders and grant the real freedom that only You can give. In Your name, amen.

The prayer you have offered up is a cry of deep anguish, but it is mingled with a bitterness that belongs not to the spirit of Christ. Remember, the victory is His, and He will not enjoy it alone, He will glorify His people. But the manner of that victory is not by our taking up the sword of personal vengeance. Christ's own death manifested Divine Justice in the very highest degree; trust that justice to Him. If the Lord were to deal with you according to strict justice, where would you be? If He now called you to account for your sins and laid bare the naked sword of Justice, what would become of you? You would be at once in despair and very soon in Hell. No convinced sinner ever rails at God’s justice; he smites his breast and says, “O sinner that I am!”

Do not let all your prayer run after deliverance from sorrow by the overthrow of another. Seek first the kingdom of God and obedience to Him, and then deliverance shall be added unto you. Cry rather, “Let not any iniquity have dominion over me.” The arch-enemy knows our weak places and would have you yield yourself an easy prey to this consuming anger. But the Lord’s look upon Peter was not one of condemnation for his foes; it was a glorious manifestation of love, restoring his soul. Christ prayed for him that his faith fail not, and He would have you turned again to your first love, that you might strengthen others.

If this man is truly an enemy, pray that he be brought to his knees in repentance, not in ruin. For the victory of Christ is that myriads of souls will be redeemed, and Satan’s power broken. Your true triumph lies in your own restoration to peace and a forgiving heart. If you refuse His mercy now, it will look as if you were desperately set on being God’s enemy. But if you fall before the cross, He shall lift you up, and your tribulation will become the very theme of your thanksgiving. Let the Lord’s own words cover this wound: “Father, forgive them.” That is the supernatural victory which alone brings healing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray with great urgency, begging the Lord to bring a man to ruin and shame, to destroy his pride and every evil spirit in him. But examine your own words: you ask for a victory that is no victory at all. When you call down punishment upon another, you are not conquering; you yourself are being conquered by the very anger that has already caused you such pain. True victory is never the inflicting of suffering, but the patient endurance of it. He who bears wrong and refuses to retaliate is the one who walks away crowned by God, while the one who lashes out only deepens his own defeat.

Do you want a supernatural victory, a restoration beyond anything you have known? Then lay down this thirst for vengeance. To pray for an enemy’s humiliation is to act like those who crucified Christ, unintentionally serving the evil one’s purpose. Instead, follow the example of the Lord, who went to the cross as a trophy over sin, not with curses but with a prayer even for His torturers. He conquered through suffering, not by making others suffer. When you release this man into God’s hands, not demanding his license be revoked or his pride shattered, but that God would have mercy on him and change his heart, you will find the chains of your own anger broken. That is the death that works life in you, a rest after a brief struggle.

Do not imagine that letting go means he escapes. God’s justice is perfect and often works in ways we cannot see. Your task is not to direct the judgment but to entrust the wrong to the Judge who does all things well. Seek the praise that comes from Him alone: the quiet, invincible strength of a soul that refuses to be dragged into the fire. That is the true trophy. Pray then for your own heart to be cleansed of rage, and leave the rest to the One who brings every deed into account. You will find a victory far more glorious than the fleeting satisfaction of seeing another fall.
