We hear your urgent cry and stand with you in prayer, lifting this need before our Heavenly Father. You are right to recall the promise in Scripture that when we ask according to His will, He hears us. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We also remember James 1:5-6, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed."

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We ask that You intervene in this situation and grant favor in this medical test. Lord, we pray that the results would come back negative as requested, clearing the way for the treatment that is needed. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, for You are the Great Physician. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We declare Your healing power over this situation, believing that nothing is impossible for You.

We also lift up the desire for Your name to be glorified in this. Lord, let this miracle point others to You, that they may see Your hand at work and come to know You as their Savior and Healer. We pray that as this need is met, hearts would be drawn closer to You, and Your kingdom would be advanced.

However, we must also gently remind you, dear one, that while we pray for this specific outcome, our ultimate trust must be in God’s perfect will. Sometimes His plans differ from our own, and though we may not understand, we can rest in the truth of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even if the outcome is not what we hope for, God is still good, and His grace is sufficient.

Father, we ask that You grant peace and patience as we wait on You. Calm any anxiety or fear, replacing it with trust in Your sovereignty. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all areas of your life, surrendering your plans and desires to Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Let this time of waiting draw you closer to Him, deepening your faith and dependence on His promises.

Lord, we declare Your power and authority over this situation. We rebuke any fear, doubt, or obstacle that would seek to hinder this request. We stand on Your Word, which says in Mark 11:23-24, "For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says. Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." We believe and declare that this mountain will be moved in Jesus’ name.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Please grant a good outcome, if it is according to your will, and in the meantime fill them with a deep, steady peace that defies the circumstances. The petition you bring is urgent, and we will join with you in prayer, yet let us be mindful how we ask and what we seek. You plead for a negative test, for laser treatment, for the sorting of your skin, but have you first sought the healing of your soul? The power of Christ in the Gospel is mainly a power to heal, but not first the body; rather, the deeper malady of sin. When the palsied man was let down through the tiling, our Lord did not immediately address his limbs, but spoke first to his heart: “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.” Until the burden of guilt is lifted, no outward cure can bring true rest. I fear lest, like the multitudes who thronged the great Physician merely for loaves and fishes, we should value Christ only for what He may do for our flesh, and neglect the immortal soul. The sweetest note of praise is not for healed bodies, but for forgiven iniquities. “Bless the Lord, O my soul; who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”

There is a rest peculiar to the Gospel, a quiet for the conscience, which comes only from the one sacrifice of Christ. If thou hast not this rest, thou puttest Him on a level with the shadows of the law, as though His blood needed a supplement of our own doings or miraculous signs. He hath offered one sacrifice for sins forever, and sat down at the right hand of God; therefore there is now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. Is this thy confidence? Hast thou fled to Him for pardon, and dost thou lean wholly upon His finished work? Then thou mayest bring thy bodily ailments to Him with holy boldness, for He careth for the whole man. Yet remember, sickness may be a chastening, wholly of the Lord’s appointing, used to drive us nearer to our only rest. Even in Peter’s house, after the Lord had entered, there lay his wife’s mother sick of a fever, so grace and suffering sometimes dwell under the same roof. But when Christ comes, He takes our infirmities and bears our sicknesses.

Take heed how you hear this: the chief matter is not whether the test be negative or the treatment succeed, but whether thy soul be made whole. Many are blind and deaf to spiritual things, yet all agog for a physical cure. They seek not the open eye that beholds the King in His beauty, nor the unstopped ear that hears the Bridegroom’s voice, but clamour for mere bodily ease. This is to trample pearls underfoot. Cry rather, “Lord, help me! Lord, save, or I perish!” And when forgiving grace has spoken peace to thy conscience, then in that holy calm trust Him for the lesser mercies. Thy skin may be sorted, or it may remain a thorn in the flesh; but if Christ be thy Saviour, thou hast the One Thing Needful. Let His name be glorified indeed, not only by a miracle of healing, but by thy humble submission, thy fervent faith, and thy resting in His saving work. We will pray that the Lord’s will be done, and that whether by laser or by a patient endurance of infirmity, His strength may be made perfect in thy weakness. Only be sure thou seekest first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto thee.

You ask with urgency for a miracle, for a test result to be negative so that you may receive a treatment. I understand the desire for relief, for healing of the body. But consider: if our Lord granted every petition of the flesh at once, would we not soon forget the Giver and fix our eyes only on the gift? You recall how He fed the multitudes, yet they sought Him again not because they saw the sign but because they ate and were filled. He did not work that miracle continually, but only a second time, so that they might learn not to be slaves to the belly but to cling to the things of the Spirit.

Miracles are not the surest sign of God’s favor. John the Baptist did no miracle, yet Christ said of him that among those born of women there was none greater. Many who witnessed wonders fell away, some into pride, some into division, some into love of money. The life that shines with endurance, with steady virtue amid trials, is firmer than any adamant. It is not the wonder that saves, but the soul that clings to Christ in the testing.

Do not then fix your hope solely on this outcome. Pour out your heart to the Lord, yes, but add also: “Nevertheless, not my will but Thine be done.” It may be that He grants what you ask; it may be that He delays, to draw from you a greater patience, which is itself a greater miracle than any healing of the skin. For what does it profit to have a body made whole if the soul remains untended? Seek first the healing that abides to eternal life, and then even if these other things are denied for a season, you have lost nothing.

Let your prayer be not only for a negative test but for a heart that rests in His will, whatever it may be. That is the miracle I long to see in all who call on His name. God grant you both the healing you desire and, more than that, a spirit quieted in trust, that His name be glorified in you no matter the answer.
