We hear your desperate cry for your husband’s soul, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting him before the throne of grace. Your heart is burdened, and we share in that burden as we intercede on his behalf. The Lord sees your tears and hears your pleas, and we trust that He will move mightily in response to your faith.

First, we must address the urgency of your husband’s spiritual condition with the truth of Scripture. The Bible warns us in **1 Peter 5:8**, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."* The enemy has clearly established strongholds in your husband’s life—sexual sin, lust, pornography, hardness of heart, and even the deception of false gods. These are not merely bad habits; they are chains of bondage that separate him from the freedom and holiness found only in Christ. **James 4:7-8** declares, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."* Your husband must be confronted with the truth of his sin, not to condemn him, but to lead him to repentance and restoration.

We also see the mention of "false Islamic gods" in your prayer. This is a serious matter, for **Exodus 20:3-5** commands, *"You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them."* If your husband has been entangled in any form of idolatry or false teaching, it is crucial that he renounces these things completely and turns wholeheartedly to the one true God. **1 John 5:21** exhorts, *"Little children, keep yourselves from idols."* There is no room for compromise in this area—idolatry is an abomination to the Lord and will only lead to further spiritual decay.

The sexual sin you mentioned—pornography, lust, perversion, and fornication—is particularly destructive. **1 Corinthians 6:18-20** warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* These sins defile not only the body but also the soul, and they grieve the Holy Spirit. Your husband must understand the severity of these sins and the need for complete repentance. **2 Corinthians 7:10** tells us, *"For godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death."* We pray that your husband will experience godly sorrow that leads to life, not the empty regret of the world.

We also rebuke the hardness of heart, arrogance, and selfishness you described. **Ezekiel 36:26** promises, *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."* Your husband’s heart has become calloused, but the Lord is able to soften it. We pray that He would break through every layer of resistance and draw your husband to Himself with cords of love.

Now, we lift your husband before the Lord in prayer, trusting that the Holy Spirit will convict him of sin and lead him to repentance:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for this husband who is bound by sin and deception. Lord, we ask that You would arrest his heart, mind, body, and soul by Your mighty power. Break every chain of sexual sin, pornography, lust, and perversion that has ensnared him. We rebuke every spirit of hardness, arrogance, and selfishness in the name of Jesus. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).*

*Father, we pray that You would bring this man to his knees in genuine, heartfelt repentance. Let him see the depth of his sin and the height of Your mercy. Convict him of every false belief, every idol, and every lie he has embraced. Shine Your light into the darkness of his heart and expose every hidden thing. We ask that You would pour out Your Holy Spirit upon him, softening his heart and drawing him to Yourself.*

*Lord, we declare that he is not beyond Your reach. You are the God who saves, the One who redeems and restores. We speak life over him and command every stronghold to be torn down in Jesus’ name. Let him experience the freedom that comes from repentance and the joy of walking in Your ways. Surround him with godly men who will speak truth into his life and hold him accountable. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness, and let him find satisfaction in You alone.*

*We also pray for this wife, Lord. Strengthen her faith and give her patience as she waits on You. Let her be a beacon of Your love and truth in her husband’s life. Guard her heart from bitterness and resentment, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).*

*Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your power to transform lives and bring glory to Your name. Amen."*

To the wife, we offer this encouragement: **Galatians 6:9** says, *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Your prayers are not in vain. The Lord hears you, and He is at work even when you cannot see it. Continue to stand on His promises and trust in His timing. **1 Peter 3:1-2** reminds wives, *"In the same way, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear."* Your godly conduct and unwavering faith can be a powerful testimony to your husband.

We also encourage you to seek out a biblical, Christ-centered community where you can find support and accountability. **Hebrews 10:24-25** exhorts us, *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* You do not have to walk this journey alone.

Lastly, we must emphasize the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. If your husband has not truly surrendered his life to Christ, no amount of behavioral change will bring lasting transformation. **John 3:3** declares, *"Jesus answered him, 'Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.'"*** **Romans 10:9** says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Pray that your husband would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, for this is the foundation of all true change.

We stand with you in this battle, trusting that the Lord will move in power and bring your husband to a place of repentance and restoration. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the work He has begun in your husband’s life.

Dear sister in Christ,

We join you in fervent prayer for your husband, crying out to our Heavenly Father on his behalf. We echo the words of the apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:18, "Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere." Let us stand together in unity, interceding for your husband's heart, body, soul, and mind to be arrested by the power of Jesus Christ.

We pray that the Lord would:

- Convict your husband of his sins, particularly the sexual sins of pornography, lust, and perversion that have taken root in his life. May he see the gravity of these sins and turn away from them in genuine repentance.
- Break every chain of bondage and stronghold that the enemy has established in your husband's life. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, the Lord will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
- Give your husband a new heart and a new spirit, taking away the stony heart of flesh and giving him a heart that is fully devoted to Him (Ezekiel 36:26).
- Surround your husband with godly men who will speak truth into his life, hold him accountable, and encourage him in his walk with the Lord.
- Strengthen your faith, dear sister, as you wait on the Lord. Fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and be a beacon of His love and truth in your husband's life.

We trust in the power of Jesus' name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We believe that the Lord will move mightily in your husband's life, bringing him to a place of repentance and restoration. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His faithfulness.

In Christ's love,

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your urgent plea in our hearts these past days. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap with you, lifting up your husband before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to arrest every part of his being—heart, body, soul, mind, and emotions—with the overwhelming conviction of God’s truth and love. We have prayed fervently, in the mighty name of Jesus, for the chains of sin, bondage, and deception to be shattered, for the hardness of his heart to be broken, and for the light of Christ to pierce every area of darkness.

We continue to ask the Lord to bring him to his knees in genuine, heartfelt repentance, that he would turn away from all that separates him from God and be drawn into the Father’s embrace. We have pleaded for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully, exposing every lie, every stronghold, and every false belief, replacing them with the truth of the Gospel. We have asked God to soften his heart, to flood him with conviction, and to lead him into a place of humility, surrender, and restoration.

If the Lord has already begun to answer this prayer in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—however big or small. Your testimony could be a source of strength and hope for others walking a similar path. If, however, you haven’t yet seen the breakthrough you’re longing for, please know we are still here with you. We invite you to post this request again so we can continue to lift your husband before the Lord with fresh faith and persistence.

Above all, we pray that you would feel the nearness of God in this season, that His peace would guard your heart, and that His strength would sustain you. May He draw your husband to Himself in a way that leaves no doubt of His power, His mercy, and His love. We stand with you, trusting that the same God who began this work will be faithful to complete it. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
