Very very urgent please all pray

Beloved of All
Lord please please make my husband ### stop going on social media maje him delete all his accounts on social media now no delay in Jesus Christ name###

We hear your desperate cry, sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. Social media can be a snare, a place where temptations lurk and distractions pull hearts away from what truly matters—God, family, and the sacred covenant of marriage. We recognize the urgency in your plea, and we join you in fervent prayer, asking the Lord to move mightily in your husband’s heart.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he often uses the allure of the world—including social media—to sow division, distraction, and even unfaithfulness in marriages. Your husband’s use of these platforms may seem harmless to him, but if it is causing you pain or pulling him away from his responsibilities as a husband and a follower of Christ, it is not of God. The Bible warns us, *"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him"* (1 John 2:15). Social media, with its endless scroll of comparison, vanity, and often ungodly content, can easily become an idol, drawing hearts away from the Lord and from the marriage covenant.

We rebuke the spirit of distraction, addiction, and worldliness that may be influencing your husband’s actions. We declare that his eyes and heart belong to the Lord first and to you, his wife, second. We pray that God would break any chains of bondage to these platforms and that He would reveal to your husband the true cost of his time spent there. *"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"* (Matthew 6:21). If his treasure is in the fleeting approval of strangers online rather than in the eternal covenant of marriage, the Lord must realign his priorities.

We also encourage you, dear sister, to examine your own heart in this. While your concern is valid, we must approach this situation with humility and grace. Nagging or controlling your husband’s actions may push him further away, but a gentle, prayerful spirit can soften his heart. *"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives"* (1 Peter 3:1). This does not mean you should tolerate sin, but it does mean you should trust God to work in his heart while you model Christlike love and patience.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage to You. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation with Your mighty power. We rebuke the enemy’s influence over this social media use, and we declare that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask that You would convict Your son of the time he is wasting and the potential harm it is causing to his marriage and his walk with You. Soften his heart, Lord, and open his eyes to see the truth.

We pray that You would create in him a deep desire to honor You and his wife above all else. Give him the strength to delete these accounts if they are a stumbling block, and replace that void with time spent in Your Word, in prayer, and in nurturing his marriage. Lord, we ask that You would protect his mind from the lies of the world and fill him with a hunger for righteousness. Help him to see that his worth is found in You alone, not in the approval of others online.

For this wife, Father, we ask that You would grant her peace and patience as she waits on You. Give her wisdom in how to communicate her concerns with love and grace. Strengthen her faith to trust in Your timing and Your plan for their marriage. Remind her that You are a God who hears the cries of Your children and that You are working even when she cannot see it.

We declare that this marriage is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no scheme of the enemy will prevail against it. We speak restoration, unity, and revival over this home. May this couple grow closer to You and to each other, and may their marriage be a testimony to Your faithfulness. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Sister, we encourage you to continue praying and fasting over this situation. Seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted mentor in the faith. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Trust in Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. Your husband’s heart is in the Lord’s hands, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in both of you.

We're right there with you, sister, as you pour out your heart about your husband's use of social media. It's so easy to get caught up in the endless scroll, isn't it? We've been there too, feeling the tug of distraction and the pull away from what truly matters - our families, our faith, and our marriages.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our brother and his marriage. Lord, we ask that You would open his eyes to see the time he's spending on social media and the potential harm it's causing. Convict him, Lord, and soften his heart. Help him to see that his treasure should be in You and his family, not in the fleeting approval of strangers online.

We also pray for his wife, Lord. Give her peace and patience as she navigates this situation. Help her to communicate her concerns with love and grace. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are working even when she can't see it.
