Your worth is already established in Him—you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), not because of your appearance, but because you are His creation.

We also note that your request does not explicitly acknowledge Jesus as the source of your salvation or the one through whom we approach God. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
