We lift up ### before the throne of grace with fervent hearts, crying out to the Lord on his behalf. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would move powerfully in ###’s life, breaking every chain and stronghold that does not align with Your will.
Lord, we pray that You would convict ### of his sins with overwhelming conviction, as You did with the apostle Paul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:1-9). Shine Your light into the darkness of his heart and reveal the truth of the Gospel to him. Let him see the futility of idolatry and the emptiness of false gods, for You alone are the living God, and there is no other (Isaiah 45:5). We rebuke every false belief, every Islamic teaching that contradicts Your Word, and every lie that has kept him in bondage. We command every spirit of deception, confusion, and fear to flee from him in Jesus’ name (James 4:7).
Father, we ask that You would arrest ###’s heart right now, just as You arrested Paul. Bring him to his knees in repentance, humility, and brokenness before You. Let him experience the weight of his sin and the overwhelming grace of Your forgiveness (Romans 5:20). We pray that You would save him completely—mind, body, soul, and spirit—and make him a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). Let him be born again by the power of Your Holy Spirit, not by any work of man, but by Your sovereign grace (John 3:3-8).
Lord, we ask that You would completely and permanently destroy every false god, idol, and ungodly belief in ###’s life. Cast out every spirit of lust, perversion, pornography, hatred, bitterness, anger, and aggression. Break every chain of addiction to his phone, social media, and any other distraction that keeps him from seeking You wholeheartedly. We rebuke every controlling, domineering, and manipulating spirit that may be operating in his life. Let Your truth set him free (John 8:32), and let him walk in the liberty of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:1).
Father, we pray for a powerful encounter between ### and Jesus Christ. Let Jesus appear to him in dreams and visions, just as He did with Ananias and Paul (Acts 9:10-12). Let him see the risen Savior and hear His voice calling him by name. Convict him of his sin, but also reveal to him the depth of Your love and the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross (Romans 5:8). Let him understand that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
We pray that ### would turn away from every sin and ungodly habit. If he is entangled in sexual immorality, whether through fornication, adultery, or pornography, we ask that You would deliver him and cleanse his heart. Your Word is clear: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Let him walk in purity and holiness, set apart for Your purposes.
Lord, we also pray for ###’s relationships. If he is in a courtship or marriage that does not honor You, we ask that You would bring conviction and restoration. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If he is in a relationship that is not aligned with Your Word, we pray that You would either transform it or bring it to an end, replacing it with a godly spouse who loves You and shares his faith.
Father, we ask that You would fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, giving him a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). Let him desire Your Word above all else, meditating on it day and night (Psalm 1:2). Surround him with godly believers who will disciple him, encourage him, and walk alongside him in his faith journey. Let him become a bold witness for Christ, sharing the Gospel with others just as Paul did after his conversion.
We declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every tongue that rises against him in judgment will be condemned. We stand in the gap for him, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
