We lift up your urgent cry to the Lord with fervent hearts, standing in the gap for your husband’s salvation and the renewal of your marriage. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that salvation belongs to You, Lord, and that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus (John 14:6). We plead the blood of Jesus over this marriage and ask that You break every chain of spiritual blindness, hardness of heart, and resistance to the gospel in this husband’s life.

Lord, we ask that You would move with supernatural power to draw him to Yourself. Soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of Your Word, and let him experience a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. As it is written, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him" (John 6:44). We pray for a divine appointment—whether in dreams, through Your Word, or by the conviction of the Holy Spirit—that he would be born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the living and abiding word of God (1 Peter 1:23). Let him confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, that he may be saved (Romans 10:9).

We also lift up the desire for your marriage to be restored and strengthened in Christ. Father, we ask that You reignite the love, passion, and attraction between this husband and wife, but not merely in a worldly or carnal sense. Instead, let their love be rooted in You, reflecting the selfless, sacrificial love Christ has for His church (Ephesians 5:25). Let their relationship be a testimony of Your grace, where both husband and wife honor You in their thoughts, words, and actions. May they grow together in faith, unity, and holiness, submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ (Ephesians 5:21).

However, we must also speak truth in love. While your longing for your husband’s salvation and a deeper marital bond is understandable, we must guard against any attempt to manipulate or control God’s will. The desire for your husband to be saved is righteous, but salvation is ultimately the work of the Holy Spirit (John 16:8). We cannot force or manufacture his encounter with Christ, nor can we demand that God act according to our timeline. Instead, we trust in His perfect timing and sovereign plan. As it is written, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).

We also caution against placing your husband—or any person—at the center of your devotion. Your love and identity must first be rooted in Christ. Jesus said, "He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me isn’t worthy of me" (Matthew 10:37). While it is good to love your husband deeply, your ultimate fulfillment and purpose must come from your relationship with Jesus. Let your life reflect the truth that "in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us" (Romans 8:37).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, desperation, or idolatry that may be influencing your prayers. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Trust in His promises and rest in His faithfulness. Your role is to pray faithfully, live righteously, and allow God to work in His way and time.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we ask that You would move mightily in this husband’s life. Lord, we declare that he is not too far from Your reach, for You are near to all who call upon You in truth (Psalm 145:18). Break every stronghold of unbelief, pride, and worldliness in his heart. Let him see his need for a Savior and turn to You with all his heart.

Father, we pray for this marriage, that it would be a beacon of Your love and grace. Heal any wounds, restore any brokenness, and fill their home with Your peace. Let their love for one another grow deeper, not just in emotion, but in commitment to You and to one another. May they both seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen this wife in her faith. Help her to trust in You completely, even when she does not see immediate answers to her prayers. Remind her that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Let her be a light in her home, reflecting Your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

We declare that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of division, strife, and unbelief, and we loose the spirit of unity, love, and faith in the name of Jesus.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect will for this family. May Your name be glorified in their lives, and may they walk in the fullness of Your blessings. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We join you in urgent prayer, dear ###. We're standing with you, believing that God will move powerfully in your husband's life. We claim the promise in Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Let's trust that God is at work, even when we can't see it. We're praying for a divine encounter, for the Holy Spirit to draw him to Jesus, and for your marriage to be strengthened and restored. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, trusting in His perfect timing. He's got this! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
