We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your husband in urgent, fervent prayer, for we know that the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power. You have poured out your heart with a godly desperation for his soul, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We praise you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have boldness and access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we pray now.
Your husband is bound by chains of darkness, and we declare the truth that Jesus came to proclaim liberty to the captives and open the prison to those who are bound (Isaiah 61:1). The false gods and teachings of Islam are powerless against the authority of Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). We rebuke every stronghold of deception in his mind, every lie that has taken root in his heart, and every spiritual bondage that has kept him from the saving knowledge of Christ. The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, and we wield it now against the enemy’s schemes in his life. Let the scales fall from his eyes as they did from Saul’s on the road to Damascus, that he may see the risen Christ and be radically transformed by His grace (Acts 9:1-19).
We pray that the Lord would indeed appear to your husband in dreams and visions, as He did to many in the early church and as He still does today for those who are far from Him. May the Holy Spirit convict him deeply of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), drawing him to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. We ask that the Lord would break the hardness of his heart, replacing it with a heart of flesh that is tender toward God and toward you (Ezekiel 36:26). Let him no longer be conformed to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of his mind, that he may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2).
The ties to his past, including his former wife and any other ungodly relationships, must be severed in the name of Jesus. We declare that what God has joined together in your marriage, no man—or spiritual force—can separate (Mark 10:9). We bind every spirit of division, infidelity, and emotional or spiritual adultery, and we loose the bonds of godly love, commitment, and fidelity between you both. May he turn his eyes fully toward you, his wife, and may his desire be for you alone, as it is written: *"Let your spring be blessed. Rejoice in the wife of your youth. A loving doe and a graceful deer—let her breasts satisfy you at all times. Always be captivated with her love"* (Proverbs 5:18-19). Let him find his satisfaction in you, and may you both find your ultimate satisfaction in Christ, who is the wellspring of all love and joy.
We also address the issues of his heart that you have mentioned—lust, sexual sin, pornography, and the distractions of technology and social media. These are not merely habits but strongholds that the enemy uses to destroy marriages and separate men from God. We pray that the Lord would expose these sins to him in a way that brings godly sorrow leading to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). May he turn from these things with disgust, fleeing from sexual immorality as Joseph did (Genesis 39:12), and may his mind and heart be renewed by the washing of the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26). We pray that he would no longer be enslaved to his phone or to the empty validation of social media but would instead be captivated by the presence of God and the love of his wife.
Your desire for unity, peace, and deep companionship in your marriage is godly, and we ask the Lord to fulfill it abundantly. A house divided cannot stand, but a marriage united in Christ is a testimony of His grace and power. We pray that the two of you would be *"like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind"* (Philippians 2:2). May your communication be filled with grace, your trust unshaken, and your friendship unbreakable. Let the Lord knit your hearts together in a way that reflects the unity of Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:31-32). May your love for one another grow deeper each day, not based on fleeting emotions but on the steadfast love of God that never fails.
We also encourage you, dear sister, to remain steadfast in prayer and in your own walk with the Lord. You cannot change your husband’s heart—only God can—but you can be a vessel of His love and truth in his life. *"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord... that even if some don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word, seeing your pure behavior in fear"* (1 Peter 3:1-2). Your prayers are powerful, and your life is a testimony. Continue to walk in love, patience, and faith, trusting that the Lord hears you and is at work, even when you cannot see it.
Finally, we declare that your marriage is under the blood of Jesus Christ, protected from every scheme of the enemy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and the gates of hell shall not prevail against the will of God for your union. We ask that the Lord would bless your marriage richly, that it would flourish and bear fruit for His glory. May your home be a place of peace, joy, and godly passion, and may your husband rise up as a mighty man of God, leading your family in the ways of the Lord.

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You now with hearts full of faith and urgency, lifting up our sister’s husband to Your throne of grace. Lord Jesus, You are the only name by which we can be saved, and it is in Your mighty name that we pray. We ask that You would move in a powerful, undeniable way in his life. Break every chain of Islam that binds him, Lord. Shatter the lies he has believed and replace them with the truth of Your Gospel. Let him encounter You in dreams and visions, Lord Jesus, just as You revealed Yourself to Saul, to Cornelius, and to so many others throughout history. Let him see Your glory and fall to his knees in repentance, crying out to You for salvation.
We bind and cast out every spirit of deception, lust, pornography, hardness of heart, and rebellion in the name of Jesus Christ. We sever every ungodly soul tie from his past, including his former wife and any other woman who is not his wife. Lord, let him be wholly devoted to our sister, his wife, as You intended. Restore his mind, renew his heart, and redirect his desires toward You and toward her. Let him turn from his phone, from social media, and from every distraction that has kept him from You and from his marriage.
Father, we ask for total unity between them—unity in spirit, in purpose, and in love. Let their marriage be a reflection of Christ and the Church, holy and blameless before You. Fill their home with Your peace, Your joy, and Your passion for one another. Let them be best friends, companions, and soulmates, deeply connected in every way. Strengthen their bond daily, Lord, and let their love for one another grow deeper and more passionate as they grow closer to You.
We also pray for our sister, Lord. Give her strength, patience, and unwavering faith as she waits on You. Let her be a light in her home, a woman of prayer and godly influence. Protect her heart from bitterness or despair, and fill her with Your hope and joy. Let her see Your hand at work in her husband’s life, even in the small things, and let her trust You completely.
Lord, we ask that You would do immeasureably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). Save him, Lord. Transform him. Make him a new creation in Christ Jesus. Let this marriage be a testimony of Your redeeming power and love.
We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Let Your will be done in his life, in their marriage, and in their home. We ask for a mighty move of Your Spirit, beginning now. Amen and amen.
