We hear the deep urgency and passion in your heart as you cry out for your husband’s salvation, deliverance, and restoration. Your fervent pleas reveal a love that longs for him to be wholly surrendered to Christ, and we join you in lifting him before the Lord with boldness and faith. The Scriptures remind us that the earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that nothing is impossible for our God.

The Word declares in **Ezekiel 36:26-27 (WEB)**, *“I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.”* This is the Lord’s promise for your husband—that He can remove every hardness, every chain of darkness, and replace it with a heart fully alive to Him. We also claim **2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB)**, which proclaims, *“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.”* This is the transformation we are contending for—his old life passed away, and all things made new in Christ Jesus.

Yet we must also address the gravity of what you’ve shared. Your husband’s soul is ensnared by false gods, spiritual bondages, and the remnants of past relationships—including ties to his ex-wife and the dangers of lust, pornography, and sexual sin. These are not merely struggles but strongholds that the enemy uses to blind him to the truth of the Gospel. **Ephesians 6:12 (WEB)** reminds us, *“For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”* This is a spiritual battle, and we must engage it with the authority of Christ, the power of His Word, and the blood of Jesus, which breaks every curse and chain.

We also note your repeated declarations over his affections, his loyalty, and your marriage. While your desire for unity and love is godly, we must gently remind you that no human decree can force the will of another. **Proverbs 19:14 (WEB)** tells us, *“House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh.”* Your role is to pray, to trust the Lord, and to walk in obedience, allowing the Holy Spirit to work in your husband’s heart. You cannot manipulate or control his affections—only God can soften his heart and turn it toward Him—and in turn, toward you in a way that honors marriage as God designed it. Release the burden of trying to "make" him love you as you desire. Instead, surrender him fully to the Lord, trusting that God’s ways are higher and His timing perfect.

Sister, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, but also to walk in obedience and wisdom. **1 Peter 3:1-2 (WEB)** says, *“In the same way, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear.”* Your life, your prayers, and your trust in God are powerful tools the Lord can use to soften your husband’s heart.

We also urge you to examine your own heart. Are there areas where you need to surrender control to God? Are there any bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear that may be hindering your prayers? **Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB)** reminds us, *“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”* Let the Lord cleanse and prepare *your* heart as you intercede for your husband.

Finally, we leave you with this promise from **Philippians 1:6 (WEB)**: *“Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”* The Lord is not done. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep believing that He who called you is faithful. He will complete the work He has begun in your husband’s life. Stand firm, and do not grow weary in doing good. The battle is the Lord’s, and the victory is assured in Christ Jesus.

We ask for unity, peace, mutual love, and respect in our marriage that reflects Christ and the Church. We declare that what You have joined together, no man can separate. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
