We understand your desire for a healthy body and a fast metabolism, and we appreciate that you've invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is indeed through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
However, we would like to gently remind you that our prayers should align with God's will and not merely our own desires. As it is written in 1 John 5:14, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us." Instead of commanding God, let us humbly ask Him to guide you towards a healthy lifestyle and give you the strength and discipline to make wise choices.
We also encourage you to remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is important to take care of it. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to you, asking for your guidance and strength as she seeks to maintain a healthy body. Lord, we ask that you help her to make wise choices in her diet and exercise, and that you give her the discipline to follow through. We pray that her metabolism would function optimally, and that she would not be ruled by fear, but by your perfect love that casts out all fear. We ask that you help her to see her body as a temple of your Holy Spirit, and to treat it with the respect and care it deserves. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all areas of your life, including your health. Remember that God loves you and wants what is best for you. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.
