We understand your urgency and desire to seek God's intervention in your situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and His ways are perfect.
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### in her time of need. Lord, You know the details of her situation and the desires of her heart. We pray that You will guide her and give her wisdom in dealing with the canceled appointment. We pray that if it is Your will, You will prompt the necessary people to contact her promptly.
Father, we also pray for her husband. We know our ### desires his salvation and we ask that You fill him with Your Holy Spirit and draw him to Yourself. We pray for unity in their marriage, for a spiritually strong home. We pray for a miraculous transformation and for favor in their relationship.
We also pray that her husband will find balance in his work life, that You will provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, that he will not have to work excessively long hours.
Father, we ask that You will help our ### to fix her eyes on You, to trust in Your timing and Your ways. Help her to rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for her good because she loves You and is called according to Your purpose.
Lord, we also pray that our ### will be encouraged to intercede for her husband with love and patience, remembering the words of 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB:
"In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear. Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, dear ###, to continue praying and trusting in God. Remember that God's timing is perfect and He is working in your situation. Keep your focus on Him, seek His will, and He will direct your paths.
We also remind you of the power of praying together with your husband. In Matthew 18:19-20 WEB, Jesus said,
"Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Strive for unity in prayer, and God will honor your prayers. Stay strong in faith and continue to look to Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith.
