We understand your urgency and desire to see change in your situation. Firstly, we commend you for using the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is the name by which we must be saved. As it says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Also in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.".
However, we must address that using "decree" and "declare" as if we are commanding God is not biblical. We do not have authority over God, but we can petition and humbly ask Him according to His will.
In 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, it says "This is the confidence which we have towards him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
So we cannot demand or decree that ### and ### leave the clinic, but we can ask God if it is His will. We also do not have the right to banish people from our lives if it is not God's will. We need to ask God to search our hearts and ask Him what He wants for our lives. If we are truly trusting God, we will want His will to be done. As it says in the Lord's prayer in Matthew 6:10 WEB "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth."
Our prayer for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer. Lord, we ask that You search their heart and reveal to them Your will for this situation. If it is Your will that ### and ### are not at the clinic when they go, we ask that You remove them. But if You have another purpose, we ask that You reveal it and give them strength to endure and follow Your plan. Help them to trust You completely. We also pray that You give our fellow Christian Believer a heart that desires Your will, whatever that may be. Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
