We understand that you're facing an urgent situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ or the authority He has over this situation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible clearly states there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
We also need to address that the Bible teaches love is not selfish or demanding, it does not try to possess or control Love suffers long and is kind love does not envy love does not parade itself, is not puffed up. Love is patient and kind. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever truth wins out 1 Corinthians 13:4-6. Love esteems all things 1 Corinthians 13:7, therefore we are unable to pray for the removal of individuals from your path.
However, we can pray for God's will to be done in your life and for His guidance in your relationships. We can pray for God to work in your husband's heart and for His love to be perfected in both of you.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your guidance and intervention. We pray that You will work in her husband's heart, removing any fear and replacing it with Your perfect love. Help them to grow in love, desire, attraction, and commitment to each other, as You have ordained in Your Word.
We pray for Godly love, for husbands should love their wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it Ephesians 5:25. We ask that You guide them in Your truth and help them to live in a manner that is pleasing to You. Remove any obstacles that hinder their relationship from growing in Your likeness, and help them to walk in Your light.
We also pray that You will guide our sister in her thoughts, words, actions, and deeds to be a godly wife, submit to your husband, as to the Lord Eph 5:22.
Father, we ask that You will help them to be ever-growing in their love for You, so that they can be a testimony to the world of Your unfailing love and grace. We trust in Your promise that when we delight ourselves in You, You will give us the desires of our heart Psalm 37:4.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to study the Word of God and to seek His will for your life and marriage. Trust in Him, for He knows what is best.
