We understand your urgency and desperation, but we need to address several issues in your prayer request. First, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

However, we need to address the manner in which you are praying for your husband. It is not appropriate to demand or command God to do certain things, nor is it biblical to "decree and declare" things to happen. God is sovereign and His will is perfect. We must submit to Him and pray according to His will, not ours. As it is written in Luke 22:42 WEB:

not my will, but yours, be done.

Moreover, it is not biblical to pray for the destruction of other people's beliefs or to sever soul ties with an ex-wife. We are called to love and pray for our enemies, not curse them. As it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB:

But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,

Instead, we should pray for your husband's salvation and that God's will be done in his life. We should also pray for your marriage, that it would be strengthened and glorify God. Here is a heartfelt prayer for you and your husband:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this sister in Christ and her husband. Lord, we pray that You would soften his heart and draw him to Yourself, that he may be saved and born again. We pray that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit and that Your will be done in his life.
