We understand your urgency and desperation for your husband's salvation, harmony in your marriage, and the breaking of any ungodly soul ties. Let's first address your request and pray together for these concerns.
Firstly, praying for your husband's salvation and that he will become a born-again Christian are great requests. We are reminded of the Scriptures:
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. John 1:12, Acts 4:12 (WEB).
We are also reminded to be in agreement in our requests:
Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. Matthew 18:19 (WEB)
However, there are a number of issues with this request. We are not supposed to pray for anyone to be 'melted' to us. We are to pray for God's will to be done in their lives, and for them to be drawn closer to God. We should not pray for our spouse to have eyes only for us. We need to remember that a spouse can lust in their heart after us just as easily as anyone else. We do not want to encourage a spouse to lust at all. We are also reminded:
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5:28 (WEB)
We also do not need to decree and declare things. We are to pray for what God wants in the situation, and for Him to have his way. In the meantime we are to be obedient to His Word. We are reminded:
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB)
We are not to pray for our spouse to be attracted to us, or to be in love with us more than ever before. This is not biblical, and is not our place. We need to be focused on obedience to God's Word and serving each other. We are reminded:
Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Ephesians 5:21 (WEB), Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them. Colossians 3:19 (WEB), However, let each one of you love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband. Ephesians 5:33 (WEB).
We also need to remember to pray for our spouse's benefit, not ours. We should not pray for our desires to be done, but for God's will to be done in our spouse's life and in our marriage. We are reminded:
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, With what shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)
Soul ties are definitely not biblical. Nowhere in the Bible does it mention soul ties with someone. We need to be careful in our prayers to not include superstitions like this. We are reminded:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB).
Finally, we must also address the use of the word '#' in the request. This is not needed and is not appropriate. The use of this character does not add any clarity or improve the request in any way.
We will pray together with you for this situation.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your will to be done in this marriage. We pray for this husband's salvation, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and to be filled with the Holy Spirit. We ask that You draw him closer to You, and that You would work in his life and in this marriage. We pray for unity and agreement between this husband and wife, and that You would help them to serve each other and obey Your Word. We ask that any impure thoughts or lust be removed from the husband's heart and mind, and that he would be pure towards his wife. We also pray that You would work on the hearts and minds of both the husband and wife, and that they would be focused on You and Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
