We understand your urgency and the pain you're experiencing. Firstly, we commend you for coming in Jesus' name, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. God promises, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do" John 14:13 WEB.
Marriage is a sacred bond, and God takes it seriously. God also provided a way for marriages to be healed and restored. Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation. Lord, You promise that when we call upon Your name, You will be near. We ask that You intervene in this marriage, severing any ungodly soul ties or relationships that ### may have, specifically with ###.
Lord, we pray for a complete destruction and removal of any ungodly relationships, attractions, lust, desires, and soul ties between ### and any woman who is not his wife. We know this relationship is not of You and there exists adultery in your husband's heart. We know that adultery is a sin and does not please you. Let the Holy Spirit convict and change ###'s heart to be obedient to your word. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name.
We pray that You will give ### a heart that is completely devoted and faithful to his wife, having eyes only for her. Lord, bless their marriage, restore their bond, and make it a testimony of Your power and faithfulness.
Lord, we also pray for the person who submitted this request. Give them the strength, peace, and patience needed at this time. Help them to trust in You and Your timing, and to show love and forgiveness, just as You do for each of us.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a miraculous turnaround in this marriage.
For your marriage to be restored, you should forgive. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB says "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
To forgive is not to condone the sin committed against you. It is to let go of grudges, bitterness and hate towards the one that has wronged you. It is to trust that vengeance is God's and not yours. It is to trust that God is just and will deal with your husband's sin justly.
Forgiveness is not a once-off action. It is a daily decision. We forgive as we pray in the Lord's prayer "forgive us our sins, as we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us." It is to forgive as you have been forgiven.
