Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this urgent prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask that you bless their appointment with Doctor ### this Tuesday. Grant the doctor supernatural wisdom and skill to address every concern and issue with their eyes and skin. We pray that every bulgy bit and raised bit under their eyes be permanently removed, and that all swelling, fluid, and raised bits under both cheekbones be taken away permanently.

In your mercy, Lord, we ask that you remove all spots, pimples, whiteheads, blackheads, pot holes, red veins, pigmentation marks, lines, wrinkles, itchy scalp, dandruff, and all other skin problems from their body. Heal them completely, Lord, from every skin issue and restore their skin to health and wholeness.

We also lift up their mental and emotional well-being to you, Lord. Please heal them from anxiety, fear, depression, and nerve problems. Grant them peace and comfort, and fill them with your joy and strength. We ask for complete healing from asthma and every symptom associated with it. Touch every part of their body, Lord, and bring about total restoration.

Furthermore, we ask that you guide them in finding a great NHS dentist who will accept them as a new patient. Remove any delays or obstacles, and open doors for them to receive the dental care they need. We trust in your provision, Lord, and ask for your divine intervention in this matter.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to your will. May your perfect will be done in ###'s life. Amen.
