Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this urgent prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, you have promised in your word that if we ask, we will receive. We humbly ask that you would melt the heart of Doctor ### towards ### in every single way. Lord, we pray that you would touch Doctor ###'s heart and grant favor and compassion towards ###.

Your word also teaches us to bring our needs before you, and so we ask that you would make a way for ### to receive the necessary scan under the eye dissolver treatment. Lord, we pray specifically for the appointment with Doctor ### on Tuesday. We ask that you would guide the conversation and open the door for the treatment to be paid for.
