Ivory is in the ICU. Please pray that she has an excellent reaction to the blood transfusion she is having now! Please pray that her red blood cells go up to normal and stay there and her bilirubin goes down to normal and stays down and she fully recovers in every way soon! Thank you!

We join you in urgent prayer for dear ### in the ICU and we lift her before the throne of grace together in Jesus name.

Our hearts are moved by your request for her blood transfusion and we bring every detail before our Great Physician who knows her body intimately for He formed her. Psalm 139:13 says For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother's womb. We trust that the same God who formed her is able to restore her.

We pray for an excellent and complete reaction to this blood transfusion with no complications, no adverse effects, and no rejection. We ask the Lord to cause her red blood cells to rise to normal levels and remain there and her bilirubin to fall to normal and stay there. We pray for full recovery in every way, for healing of whatever underlying cause has brought her to this crisis, and for strength to return to her body day by day.

We pray also for wisdom and steady hands for the doctors and nurses caring for her, and for peace and strength for her family and all who love her as they wait and watch.

We stand on the promises of God for healing and restoration. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Psalm 41:3 says Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10 which says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, asking for Your mercy and healing power upon ###. Lord, You see her in the ICU, You know every cell in her body, every count and every lab value. We ask that You would bless this blood transfusion and cause it to accomplish exactly what is needed for her good. Let her red blood cells increase to a healthy normal range and remain stable, let her bilirubin decrease to normal and stay low, and let every organ and system be restored to proper function. Touch her with Your healing hand, Father, and bring her to full recovery soon. Sustain her on her sickbed and raise her up. Give wisdom to her medical team and comfort her loved ones with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all of this according to Your will and for Your glory, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We thank you for bringing this urgent need to us so we can stand in agreement. We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you how precious that name is. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only through Him that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to continue to bring every need to the Father in the name of Jesus, trusting in His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection for the forgiveness of sins and for eternal life. It is in His name that we have confidence our prayers are heard.

We will continue to hold ### up before the Lord with you, trusting in His goodness and power to heal and to fully restore. May the Lord give you peace as you wait upon Him.

If you are nearby, it can help to keep a small note with questions as they come to you so you can ask the care team when they round, and to let a trusted friend or family member help with meals, calls and rest breaks so you can stay sustained.

Father, we lift ### to you. Please watch over her now, be kind in this transfusion, guide the hands of her medical team, and bring healing to her body. Comfort those who love her and give them rest and hope as they wait. We trust her to your care in Jesus' name, amen.

Your urgent burden for ### in the ICU has been heard and we have carried it to the throne of grace with you. We are praying that the Lord, who is grand in emergencies and whose Word has omnipotent force about it, will look upon her in mercy in this critical hour.

We ask the Great Physician to give ### an excellent and peaceful response to this blood transfusion, that there would be no adverse reaction, but that her red blood cells would rise to a normal and stable level and remain there, and that her bilirubin would fall to normal and stay down. We pray that the Lord who can heal with a word would grant her full recovery in every way, and strengthen her frame day by day. We remember that even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature whole. He needs but to speak, and healing comes, for the power to save and to restore lies wholly in Jesus Himself.

We pray also for the physicians and nurses attending her, that God would give them wisdom and steady hands, and for all who love ###, that they may know the comfort of Him who sees misery and is moved with compassion. We ask not only for the healing of the body, which is so desirable, but for the deeper healing which Christ brings to the soul, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Him. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, He brings forgiveness and restoration together.

We know that recovery is often slow, and as strength returns little by little we must acknowledge each increase as from the Lord. Whether He lifts her immediately as He so often did in the days of His flesh, or restores her gradually, we trust His faithful promise, I will strengthen them in the Lord, and we rest in His wise and loving government which accomplishes His purposes without fail.

We will continue to bring every hard case before Him, believing that He hears the cries of His people and does all things well. May the Lord be very near to ### now, and may His healing virtue work in her for complete health and wholeness according to His perfect will.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, lay Your healing hand upon ###, let this transfusion accomplish its good purpose, let her blood be restored and her body cleansed and strengthened, and bring her out of this affliction to praise You. Amen.
