We understand your urgent prayer request for your marriage and we join you in lifting up your husband and your union before the Lord. Let us first acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. It is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. I Timothy 2:5 WEB.

Let us pray together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, we ask that You fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and soften every part of his heart towards You and towards his wife. Grant her supernatural favor with her husband, that their love, attraction, and desire for each other may grow stronger and deeper each day.

Father, we pray for total unity and agreement between them, that their marriage may be a beacon of Your love and grace. We ask that You sever all soul ties that her husband may have with his former wife or any other women, that he may have eyes only for his wife. In Jesus Christ name.

Sister, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband and your marriage. Remember the power of prayer in Peter 3:1-2 WEB, In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word. We also encourage you to live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us. Ephesians 5:2 WEB.

We must also address that the entire focus of your prayer should be for your husband's heart to be drawn closer to God. It is wonderful to pray for favor in your husband's eyes, but it is even more important to pray for his sanctification and deepening of faith.

Lastly, sister, we gently remind you that prayers should be focused on God's will and not on our desires. God's promises are not tools for control, but assurances of His love and faithfulness towards us. Trusting God to protect our marriage and helping our spouse to serve Him is the best environment for love to flourish.

We've been crying out to the Lord on your behalf, and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."
