We commend your desire for unity and agreement in your marriage, as the Bible tells us, "Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?" Amos 3:3 WEB. However, we must remind you that true unity comes from both parties being in agreement with God first. As it is written, "Wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body.
